The Levites Serving In the Priesthood, Under Aaron's Sons, Received Tithe From the Children of Israel, and Gave Tithe to Aaron's Sons From Their Tithe, At the Feasts of LORD God. The First Portion of Firstfruits Were Given Unto the Priesthood, By the Children of Israel

EXO 23:14 Three times thou shalt keep a Feast unto me in the year.
EXO 23:15 Thou shalt keep the Feast of Unleavened Bread: thou shalt eat unleavened bread seven days, as I commanded thee in the time appointed of the month Abib; For in it thou camest out from Egypt: and none shall appear before me empty:
EXO 23:16 And the Feast of Harvest, the firstfruits of thy labours, which was sown in the field: and the Feast of Ingathering, which is in the end of the year, when thou hast gathered in thy labours out of the field.
EXO 23:17 Three times in the year all thy males shall appear before the Sovereign Master YaHuWaH.
EXO 23:18 Thou shalt not offer the blood of my sacrifice with leavened bread; Neither shall the fat of my sacrifice remain until the morning.
EXO 23:19 "The first of the firstfruits of thy land, thou shalt bring into the House of YaHuWaH ALaHiYM." Thou shalt not seethe a kid in his mother's milk.

Notice the command up above:

The First of the firstfruits of thy land, thou shalt bring into the House of YaHuWaH ALaHiYM.

This means, the 'FIRST PORTION' of all produce, which is grown and then gathered at the harvest time of the year, MUST be brought into YaHuWaH's House of ALaHiYM of Jacob.

There are two main sowing times during a year. Seeds are sown in the field for a spring crop:(late winter season to early spring season after the early rains) and for a fall crop:(late summer season to early fall season after the late rains).

LEV 26:3  If ye walk in my statutes, and keep my commandments, and do them;
LEV 26:4 Then I will give you rain in due season. Moreover the land shall yield her increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.
LEV 26:5 And your threshing shall reach unto the vintage, and the vintage shall reach unto the sowing time: and ye shall eat your bread to the full, and dwell in your land safely.

DEU 11:13 And it shall come to pass, if ye shall hearken diligently unto my commandments which I command you this day, to love YaHuWaH ALaHiYM, and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul,
DEU 11:14 Then I will give you the rain of your land in his due season, the first rain and the latter rain, that thou mayest gather in thy grain, and thy wine, and thine oil.
DEU 11:15 And I will send grass in thy fields for thy cattle, that thou mayest eat and be full.
DEU 11:16  Take heed to yourselves, that your heart be not deceived, and ye turn aside, and serve other alhym, and worship them;
DEU 11:17 And then YaHuWaH wrath be kindled against you, and he shut up the heaven, that there be no rain, and that the land yield not her fruit; And lest ye perish quickly from off the precious land which YaHuWaH giveth you.
DEU 11:18 Therefore shall ye lay up these my words in your heart and in your soul, and bind them for a sign upon your hand, that they may be as frontlets between your eyes.
DEU 11:19 And ye shall teach them your children, speaking of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.
DEU 11:20 And thou shalt write them upon the door posts of thine house, and upon thy gates:
DEU 11:21 That your days may be multiplied, and the days of your children, in the land, which YaHuWaH sware unto your fathers, to give, as the days of heaven upon the earth.

DEU 28:12 YaHuWaH shall open unto thee, his pleasant treasure, the heaven to give the rain unto thy land in his season, and to bless all the work of thine hand: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, and thou shalt not borrow.
DEU 28:13 And YaHuWaH shall make thee the head, and not the tail; And thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; If that thou hearken unto the commandments of YaHuWaH ALaHiYM, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do them:
DEU 28:14 And thou shalt not go aside from any of the words, which I command thee this day, to the right hand, or to the left, to go after other alhym to serve them.

Son 2:11  For, lo, the winter is past, the rain is over and gone;
Son 2:12  The flowers appear on the earth;  The time of the singing of birds is come, and the voice of the turtle is heard in our land;
Son 2:13 The fig tree putteth forth her green figs and the vines with the tender grape give a good smell. Arise, my love, my fair one, and come away.

ISA 30:18 And therefore will YaHuWaH wait, that he may be gracious unto you, and therefore will he be exalted, that he may have mercy upon you, because YaHuWaH ALaHiYM judge righteously, all whosoever hold fast.
ISA 30:19 For the people shall dwell in Zion at Jerusalem: thou shalt weep no more: he will be very gracious unto thee at the voice of thy cry; When he shall hear it, he will answer thee.
ISA 30:20 And though YaHuWaH give you the bread of adversity, and the water of affliction, yet shall not thy teachers be removed into a corner any more, but thine eyes shall see thy teachers:
ISA 30:21 And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, this is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left.
ISA 30:22 Ye shall defile also the covering of thy graven images of silver, and the ornament of thy molten images of gold: thou shalt cast them away as a menstruous cloth; Thou shalt say unto it, get thee hence.
ISA 30:23 Then shall he give the rain 'of thy seed':(to seed; to plant), that thou shalt sow the ground withal; And bread of the increase of the land, and it shall be fat and plenteous: in that day shall thy cattle feed in large pastures.
ISA 30:24 The oxen likewise and the young asses that ear the ground shall eat clean provender, which hath been winnowed with the shovel and with the fan.

ISA 55:6 Seek ye YaHuWaH while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:
ISA 55:7 Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto YaHuWaH, and he will have mercy upon him; Because ALaHiYM will truly give pardon.
ISA 55:8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts. Neither are your ways my ways, saith YaHuWaH.
ISA 55:9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.
ISA 55:10 For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:
ISA 55:11 So shall my word be, which goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish what I desire, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.
ISA 55:12 For ye will go out with joy, and ye will be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.
ISA 55:13 Instead of the thorn shall come up the fir tree, and instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree: and it shall be to YaHuWaH for a name, for an Everlasting sign that shall not be cut off.

JER 5:1 Run ye to and fro through the streets of Jerusalem, and see now, and know, and seek in the broad places thereof, if ye can find a man, if there be any that executeth judgement, who seeketh the Truth; And I will pardon it.
JER 5:2 And though they say, YaHuWaH liveth; Surely they swear falsely.
JER 5:3 YaHuWaH, are not thine eyes upon the Truth? Thou hast stricken them, but they have not grieved; Thou hast consumed them, but they have refused to receive correction: they have made their faces harder than a rock; They have refused to return.
JER 5:4 Therefore, I said, surely these are poor; They are foolish: for they know not the way of YaHuWaH, nor the judgements of ALaHiYM.
JER 5:5 I will get me unto the great men, and will speak unto them; For they have known the way of YaHuWaH and the judgements of ALaHiYM: but these have altogether broken the yoke, and burst the bonds.
JER 5:6 Wherefore a lion out of the forest shall slay them, and a wolf of the evenings shall spoil them, a leopard shall watch over their cities: every one that goeth out thence shall be torn in pieces: because their transgressions are many, and their backslidings are increased.
JER 5:7 How shall I pardon thee for this? Thy children have forsaken me, and sworn by them, who are no:(truly) alhym. When I had fed them to the full, they then committed adultery, and assembled themselves by troops in the harlots' houses.
JER 5:8 They were as fed horses in the morning: every one neighed after his neighbour's wife.
JER 5:9 Truly, I punish for these, saith YaHuWaH. Truly, my soul will punish such a nation as this.
JER 5:10 Go ye up upon her walls, and destroy; But make not a full end: take away her battlements; For they are not of YaHuWaH.
JER 5:11 For the house of Israel and the house of Judah have dealt very treacherously against me, saith YaHuWaH.
JER 5:12 They have belied YaHuWaH, and said, it is not he; Neither shall evil come upon us; Neither shall we see sword nor famine:
JER 5:13 And the prophets shall become wind, and the word is not in them: thus shall it be done unto them.
JER 5:14 Wherefore thus saith YaHuWaH ALaHiYM of Hosts, because ye speak this word, behold, I will make my words in thy mouth fire, and this people wood, and it shall devour them.
JER 5:15 Lo, I will bring a nation upon you from far, O house of Israel, saith YaHuWaH. It is a mighty nation. It is an ancient nation: a nation whose language thou knowest not, neither understandest what they say.
JER 5:16 Their quiver is as an open sepulchre, they are all mighty men.
JER 5:17 And they shall eat up thine harvest, and thy bread, which thy sons and thy daughters should eat: they shall eat up thy flocks and thine herds: they shall eat up thy vines and thy fig trees: they shall impoverish thy fenced cities, wherein thou trustedst, with the sword.
JER 5:18 Nevertheless in those days, saith YaHuWaH, I will not make a full end with you.
JER 5:19 Do, (when it is said, "Why does YaHuWaH ALaHiYM, namely all these?"), Say unto them, "Like as ye have forsaken me, and served strange alhym in your land, so shall ye serve strangers in a land that is not yours."
JER 5:20 Declare this in the house of Jacob, and publish it in Judah, saying,
JER 5:21 Hear now this, O foolish people, and without understanding; Which have eyes, and see not; Which have ears, and hear not:
JER 5:22 Reverence ye not me? Saith YaHuWaH: will ye not dance at my presence, which:(who) have placed the sand for the bound of the sea by a perpetual decree, that it cannot pass it: and though the waves thereof toss themselves, yet can they not prevail; Though they roar, yet can they not pass over it?
JER 5:23 But this people hath a revolting and a rebellious heart; They are revolted and gone.
JER 5:24 Neither say they in their heart, let us now reverence YaHuWaH ALaHiYM, which giveth rain, both the former and the latter, in his season: he reserveth unto us, the appointed weeks of the harvest.
JER 5:25 Your iniquities have turned away these things, and your sins have withholden pleasant things from you.
JER 5:26 For among my people are found wicked men: they lay wait, as he, who setteth snares; They set a trap, they catch men.
JER 5:27 As a cage is full of birds, in like manner, their houses are full of deceit. Because of this, their pride has made them rich.
JER 5:28 Their thoughts have become bad: yea, they overpass the deeds of the wicked: they judge not the cause, the cause of the fatherless, yet they prosper; And the right of the needy do they not judge.
JER 5:29 Shall I not visit, for these things? Saith YaHuWaH: shall not my soul, be avenged on such a nation as this?
JER 5:30  A wonderful and horrible thing is committed in the land;
JER 5:31 The prophets prophesy falsely, and the priests bear rule by their means; And my people love to have it so: and what will ye do in the end thereof?

JOE 2:12 Therefore also now, saith YaHuWaH, turn ye even to me with all your heart, and with fasting, and with weeping, and with mourning:
JOE 2:13 And rend your heart, and not your garments, and turn unto YaHuWaH ALaHiYM: for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repenteth him of the evil.
JOE 2:14 Who knoweth if he:(man) will return and repent, and leave a blessing behind him; even a meat offering and a drink offering unto YaHuWaH ALaHiYM?
JOE 2:15 Blow the trumpet in Zion, sanctify a fast, call a solemn assembly:
JOE 2:16 Gather the people, sanctify the congregation, assemble the elders, gather the children, and those, who suck the breasts: let the bridegroom go forth of his chamber, and the bride out of her closet.
JOE 2:17 Let the priests, the ministers of YaHuWaH, weep between the porch and the altar, and let them say, spare thy people, O YaHuWaH, and give not thine heritage to reproach, that the heathen should rule over them: wherefore should they say among the people, where is ALaHiYM?
JOE 2:18 Then will YaHuWaH be jealous for his land, and pity his people.
JOE 2:19 Yea, YaHuWaH will answer and say unto his people, behold, I will send you grain, and wine, and oil, and ye shall be satisfied therewith: and I will no more make you a reproach among the heathen:
JOE 2:20 But I will remove far off from you, the northern army, and will drive him into a land barren and desolate, with his face toward the east sea, and his hinder part toward the utmost sea, and his stink shall come up, and his ill savour shall come up, because he hath done great things.
JOE 2:21 Fear not, O land; Be glad and rejoice: for YaHuWaH will do great things.
JOE 2:22 Be not afraid, ye beasts of the field: for the pastures of the wilderness do spring, for the tree beareth her fruit, the fig tree and the vine do yield their strength.
JOE 2:23 Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in YaHuWaH ALaHiYM: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the early rain, and the latter, spring rain, before the time of the gathering of the crops.
JOE 2:24 And the floors shall be full of wheat, and the fats shall overflow with wine and oil.
JOE 2:25 And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpillar, and the palmerworm, my great army, which I sent among you.
JOE 2:26 And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name:(honour, authority, and character) of YaHuWaH ALaHiYM, who hath dealt wondrously with you: and my people shall never be ashamed.
JOE 2:27 And ye shall know truly: WE are in the midst of Israel: WE YaHuWaH ALaHiYM and none other: and my people shall never be ashamed.

ZEC 10:1 Ask ye of YaHuWaH, rain in the time of the latter rain; So YaHuWaH shall make bright clouds, and give them showers of rain, to every one, grass in the field.
ZEC 10:2 For the idols have spoken vanity, and the diviners have seen a lie, and have told false dreams; They comfort in vain: therefore they went their way as a flock, they were troubled, because there was no shepherd.
ZEC 10:3 Mine anger was kindled against the shepherds and I punished the goats: for YaHuWaH of Hosts hath visited his flock, the house of Judah, and hath made them as his glorious horse in the battle.
ZEC 10:4 out of him came forth the corner, out of him the nail, out of him the battle bow, out of him every oppressor together.
ZEC 10:5 And they shall be as mighty men, which tread down their enemies in the mire of the streets in the battle: and they shall fight, because YaHuWaH is with them, and the riders on horses shall be confounded.
ZEC 10:6 And I will strengthen the house of Judah, and I will save the house of Yahuwsaph, and I will bring them again, to place them; For I have mercy upon them: and they shall be as though I had not cast them off: because WE, Who are YaHuWaH ALaHiYM, will hear them.
ZEC 10:7 And they of Ephraim shall be like a mighty man, and their heart shall rejoice as through wine: yea, their children shall see it, and be glad; Their heart shall rejoice in YaHuWaH.
ZEC 10:8 I will hiss for them, and gather them; For I have redeemed them: and they shall increase as they have increased.
ZEC 10:9 And I will sow them among the people: and they shall remember me in far countries; And they shall live with their children, and turn again.
ZEC 10:10 I will bring them again also out of the land of Egypt, and gather them out of Assyria; And I will bring them into the land of Gilead and Lebanon; And place shall not be found for them.
ZEC 10:11 And he shall pass through the sea with affliction, and shall smite the waves in the sea, and all the deeps of the river shall dry up: and the pride of Assyria shall be brought down, and the sceptre of Egypt shall depart away.
ZEC 10:12 And I will strengthen them in YaHuWaH; And they shall walk up and down in:(with) his name:(honour, authority, and character), saith YaHuWaH.

ZEC 14:16 And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, YaHuWaH of Hosts, and to keep the Feast of Tabernacles.
ZEC 14:17 And it shall be, that whoso will not come up of all the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, YaHuWaH of Hosts, even upon them shall be no rain.
ZEC 14:18 And if the family of Egypt go not up, and come not, they will have no rain; There shall be the plague, wherewith YaHuWaH will smite the heathen, which come not up to keep the Feast of Tabernacles.
ZEC 14:19 This shall be the punishment of Egypt, and the punishment of all nations that come not up to keep the Feast of Tabernacles.
ZEC 14:20 In that day, shall there be upon the bells of the horses, holiness unto YaHuWaH; And the pots in YaHuWaH House shall be like the bowls before the altar.
ZEC 14:21 Yea, every pot in Jerusalem and in Judah shall be holiness unto YaHuWaH of Hosts: and all they that sacrifice, shall come and take of them, and seethe therein: and in that day, there shall be no more the Canaanite, in the House of YaHuWaH of Hosts.

ACT 14:17 Nevertheless he left not himself without witness, in that he did well, and gave us rain from heaven, and fruitful seasons, filling our hearts with food and gladness.

JAM 5:7 Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of YaHuWaH. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain.

JAM 5:17 Aliyahuw was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months.
JAM 5:18 And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth brought forth her fruit.

At the beginning of the year in Abib lunar month, when the Feast of Unleavened Bread comes, the barley crop, in the land, is the first crop of the year, to produce fruit:(seed). A sheaf of the first barley crop harvest is cut and brought to the priest:(Aaron and his sons), who serve in the House:(temple of YaHuWaH). Moreover, there is a tithe of this produce from the ground, which is set apart from the harvesting of the crop and is brought to the priest:(those, who served under Aaron and his sons). All of these priest are of the tribe of Levi.

The Levite priest, who served under Aaron and his sons, received tithe from the children of Israel. These Levite priest, then gave a tithe unto Aaron and his sons, from the tithe that was given to them, from the children of Israel.

The children of Israel did not tithe a first tithe and a second tithe every year from their increase from the ground. The children of Israel gave tithe unto the priest:(those who served under Aaron and his sons at the temple). The priest, who served under Aaron and his sons at the temple, tithed from the tithe that was given unto them by Israel, and gave a tithe, which came from the tithe, unto the priest:(Aaron and his sons).

Truly, there is no such thing as a third tithe.

The Scriptures, in the King James Version Bible, are written in a way to cause the reader to think that there was an extra tithe in the third year that was given for the Levite, fatherless, and the poor. However, this is not true.

There were three appointed times within a year when the children of Israel gave tithe from the produce of the ground unto the Levites.

The appointed times of a year are:

1. The Feast of Unleavened Bread, which come at the beginning of the year, in the lunar month of Abib.

2. The seconded appointed time is the Feast of Firstfruits, which come in the third lunar month of the year.

3. The third appointed time, when tithe of the produce of the ground is given to the Levites, is the Feast of Tabernacles.

In addition, the Feast of Tabernacles is called the Feast of End Gathering, because the harvesting of the crops, which come from the land, ends, at the appointed time of the Feast of Tabernacles. When the Feast of Tabernacles come at the end of the yearly harvest of produce from the land, the children of Israel appear before the priest, at that time and vow to the priest, saying, "all of the tithe that I have set aside throughout the year, have been given to the priest, I have not gathered the produce from the land, while I was unclean, I have not eaten the tithe, in my own dwelling area, in between the appointed times throughout the year."

Here is the Scripture:

DEU 26:1  And it shall be, when thou art come in unto the land which YaHuWaH ALaHiYM giveth thee for an inheritance, and possessest it, and dwellest therein;
DEU 26:2 That thou shalt take of the first:(the first part, the chiefest part, the Holiest Part:(Most Holy Part)) of all the fruit of the earth, which thou shalt bring of thy land that YaHuWaH ALaHiYM giveth thee, and shalt put it in a basket, and shalt go unto the place, which YaHuWaH ALaHiYM shall choose, to place his name:(honour, authority, and character).

the first:
H7225    re'shiyth        ray-sheeth'
From the same as H7218; the first, in place, time, order or rank (specifically a firstfruit): - beginning, chief (-est), first (-fruits, part, time), principal thing.

H7218     ro'sh         roshe
From an unused root apparently meaning to shake; the head (as most easily shaken), whether literally or figuratively (in many applications, of place, time, rank, etc.): - band, beginning, captain, chapiter, chief (-est place, man, things), company, end, x every [man], excellent, first, forefront, ([be-]) head, height, (on) high (-est part,[priest]), x lead, x poor, principal, master, sum, top.

DEU 26:3 And thou shalt go unto the priest that shall be in those days, and say unto him, I profess this day unto YaHuWaH ALaHiYM, that I am come unto the country, which YaHuWaH sware unto our fathers, for to give us.

The days are coming again when the last remnant of the chosen people, namely Israel, of YaHuWaH will be established in the land, which YaHuWaH sware unto the fathers, namely Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, for to give unto the chosen descendant of Israel. Truly, YaHuWaH's House of ALaHiYM of Jacob will be reestablished, upon Mount Zion, Jerusalem.

Now back to:

DEU 26:4 And the priest shall take the basket out of thine hand, and set it down before:(in the presence of) the altar of YaHuWaH ALaHiYM.
DEU 26:5 And thou shalt speak and say before YaHuWaH ALaHiYM, a Syrian ready to perish was my father, and he went down into Egypt, and sojourned there with a few, and became there a nation, great, mighty, and populous:
DEU 26:6 And the Egyptians evil entreated us, and afflicted us, and laid upon us hard bondage:
DEU 26:7 And when we cried unto YaHuWaH ALaHiYM of our fathers, YaHuWaH heard our voice, and looked on our affliction, and our labour, and our oppression:
DEU 26:8 And YaHuWaH brought us forth out of Egypt with a mighty hand, and with an outstretched arm, and with great terribleness, and with signs, and with wonders:
DEU 26:9 And he hath brought us into this place, and hath given us this land, even a land that floweth with milk and honey.
DEU 26:10 And now, behold, I have brought the firstfruits of the land, which thou, O YaHuWaH, hast given me. And thou shalt set it before YaHuWaH ALaHiYM, and worship before YaHuWaH ALaHiYM:
DEU 26:11 And thou shalt rejoice in every pleasant thing which YaHuWaH ALaHiYM hath given unto thee, and unto thine house, thou, and the Levite, and the stranger that is among you.
DEU 26:12  When thou hast made an end of tithing all the tithes of thine increase the third:(the third time) year:(a year, yearly), which is the year:(time) of tithing, and hast given it unto the Levite, the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow, that they may eat within thy gates, and be filled;

the third:
H7992     sheliyshiy      shel-ee-shee'
Ordinal from H7969; Third; Feminine a third (part); By extension a third(day, year or time); Specifically a third story cell): - third(part, rank, time), three (years old).

H7969     shalosh     shalosh        sheloshah     sheloshah       (1,2) shaw-loshe',    (3,4) shel-o-shaw'
The last two forms being masculine; A primitive number; three; occasionally (ordinal) third, or (multiplicative) thrice: - + fork, + often [-times], third, thir [-teen, -teenth], three, + thrice. Compare H7991.

year:
H8141     shaneh     shanah         shaw-neh',    shaw-naw'
(the first form being in plural only, the second form being feminine); From H8138; a year (as a revolution of time): - + whole age, x long, + old, year (x -ly).

H8138    shanah       shaw-naw'
A primitive root; To fold, that is, duplicate (literally or figuratively (); By implication to transmute (transitively or intransitively): - do (speak, strike) again, alter, double, (be given to) change, disguise, (be) diverse, pervert, prefer, repeat, return, do the second time.

Why was it called the end of tithing?

The Feast of Tabernacles came at the time of the end gathering of the produce from the land. Moreover, tithing, (from the produce that is harvested from the land, at the time of the end gathering), ends at that appointed time:(the Feast of Tabernacles), for that year. Any tithe, (of the produce that may be gathered from the land, after the Feast of Tabernacles), will not be brought to the place, where YaHuWaH chose to place his name:(righteous honour, authority, and character), until next year, at the Feast of Unleavened Bread.

DEU 26:13 Then thou shalt say before YaHuWaH ALaHiYM, I have brought away the hallowed things:(the set apart tithe) out of mine house, and also have given them unto the Levite, and unto the stranger, to the fatherless, and to the widow, according to all thy commandments that was commanded unto me: I have not transgressed thy commandments, neither have I forgotten them:
DEU 26:14 I have not eaten thereof:(the set apart tithe) in my mourning, neither have I taken away ought thereof:(the set apart tithe) for any unclean use, nor given ought thereof:(the set apart tithe) for the dead: but I have hearkened to the voice of YaHuWaH ALaHiYM, and have done according to all that thou hast commanded me.
DEU 26:15 Look down from thy Holy habitation, above heaven, and bless thy people Israel, and the land that was given unto us, as thou swarest unto our fathers, a land that floweth with milk and honey.
DEU 26:16 This day YaHuWaH ALaHiYM hath commanded thee to do these statutes and judgements: thou shalt therefore keep and do them with all thine heart, and with all thy soul.
DEU 26:17 Thou hast avouched:(promised) YaHuWaH this day, to be committed to thy God:(ALaHiYM), and to walk in his ways, and to keep his statutes, and his commandments, and his judgements, and to hearken unto his voice:
DEU 26:18  And YaHuWaH hath avouched:(acknowledged) thee this day to be his peculiar people, as he hath promised thee, and that thou shouldest keep all his commandments;
DEU 26:19 And to make thee high above all nations, whom he hath made, in praise:(to praise), in name:(righteous honour, authority, and character), in honour:(gloriously); And that thou mayest be a Holy people unto YaHuWaH ALaHiYM, as he hath spoken.

DEU 26:13-19 made clear:

DEU 26:13 Then thou shalt say in the presence of YaHuWaH ALaHiYM, I have brought away the hallowed things out of mine house, and also have given them unto the Levite, and unto the stranger, to the fatherless, and to the widow, according to all thy commandments, which was commanded unto me: I have not transgressed thy commandments, neither have I forgotten them:
DEU 26:14 I have not eaten thereof in my mourning, neither have I taken away ought thereof for any unclean use, nor given ought thereof for the dead: but I have hearkened to the voice of YaHuWaH ALaHiYM, and have done according to all that thou hast commanded me.
DEU 26:17 Thou hast promised YaHuWaH this day to follow YaHuWaH ALaHiYM, and to walk in his ways, and to keep his statutes, and his commandments, and his judgements, and to hearken unto his voice:
DEU 26:18  And YaHuWaH hath promised thee this day to be his peculiar people, as he hath appointed thee, and that thou shouldest keep all his commandments;
DEU 26:19 And to make thee high above all nations which:(whosoever) he hath made:(make), in praise:(praises), and in name:(righteous honour, authority, and character), and in honour:(gloriously); and that thou mayest be an holy people unto the LORD thy God, as he hath spoken

DEU 26:19 made clear:
DEU 26:19 And to make high above all nations, whosoever make praises with righteous honour, authority, and character, gloriously; To exist as a Holy people unto YaHuWaH ALaHiYM, as he hath spoken.
