PSA 147:1  Worthy of praise is Yah:(YaHuWaH)!  Therefore, joyfully sing praises to ALaHiYM;  Truly it is delightful;  Praise is comely:(suitable, beautiful).

This verse up above, show how a person is able to praise YaHuWaH.  To sing praises to YaHuWaH, one must come under righteous honour, authority, and character of ALaHiYM.  Then the praise will be delightful to YaHuWaH.  Yes, it will then be suitable.

PSA 147:2  YaHuWaH builds up Jerusalem: gathering together the outcasts of Israel
PSA 147:3  Healing the broken in heart, and binding up their wounds.
PSA 147:4  Counting the number of the stars;  Addressing by name all that are appointed.

PSA 147:5  A great (Sovereign Controller), and of great power:(his understanding is infinite).
PSA 147:6  YaHuWaH lifts:(will lift) up the meek: casting:(will cast) the wicked down to the ground.

PSA 147:7  Sing unto YaHuWaH with thanksgiving;  Sing praises upon the harp unto ALaHiYM:
PSA 147:8  Who covers the heaven with clouds, prepares rain for the earth, and causes grass to grow upon the mountains.
PSA 147:9  Gives food to the beast, and to the young ravens, who cry.
PSA 147:10  Delights not in the strength of the horse: takes no pleasure in the legs of a man.

PSA 147:11  YaHuWaH taketh pleasure in them, who fear:(reverence) him, in those who hope in his mercy.

PSA 147:12  Praise namely YaHuWaH, O Jerusalem;  Praise ALaHiYM, O Zion
PSA 147:13  Who strengthens:(will strengthen) the bars of the gates;  Bless:(will bless) the children within.
PSA 147:14  Makes:(will make) peace in thy borders, and fills:(will fill) thee with the finest of the wheat.
PSA 147:15  Sends:(will send) forth the commandment upon earth: the Law runs:(will run) very swiftly.
PSA 147:16  Gives snow like wool: scattering the hoarfrost like ashes.
PSA 147:17  Casts forth ice like morsels: who can stand in the presence of his cold?
PSA 147:18  He sendeth out his word, and melteth them: he causeth his wind to blow, and the waters flow.
PSA 147:19  He sheweth his word unto Jacob, his statutes and his judgements unto Israel
PSA 147:20  He hath not dealt so, with any heathen nation: and as for his judgements, they have not known them.  Praise ye YaHuWaH

ECC 12:1  Remember, now, thy creator in the days of thy youth, while the evil days come not, nor the years draw nigh, when thou shalt say, I have no pleasure in them;
ECC 12:2  While the sun, or the light, or the moon, or the stars be not darkened, nor the clouds return after the rain:
ECC 12:3  In the day when the keepers of the house shall tremble, and the strong men shall bow themselves, and the grinders cease because they are few, and those, who look out of the windows, be darkened,
ECC 12:4  And the doors shall be shut in the streets, when the sound of the grinding is low, and he shall rise up at the voice of the bird, and all the daughters of musick:(Travelling about as harlots) shall be brought low,
ECC 12:5  Even frightened of elevated terror in the highway.  The almond tree shall flourish, and the grasshopper shall be a burden, and desire shall fail: because man goeth to his long home, and the mourners go about the streets:
ECC 12:6  Or ever the silver cord be loosed, or the golden bowl be broken, or the pitcher be broken at the fountain, or the wheel broken at the cistern.
ECC 12:7  The clay:(what was formed) returns unto the earth, as it existed: and the spirit:(breath of life) returns unto ALaHiYM, who made (it).

Again, this scripture up above agrees with that which is written in Genesis, chapter 1:
YaHuWaH ALaHiYM made Adam:(mankind).

ECC 12:8  Vanity of vanities, saith the preacher;  All is vanity.
ECC 12:9  And moreover, because the preacher was wise, he still taught the people knowledge;  Yea, he gave (righteous) heed, and sought out, and set in order many proverbs.
ECC 12:10  The preacher searched, to attain acceptable words: written righteous words of truth.
ECC 12:11  The words of the wise are as goads, and as nails fastened by the masters of assemblies, which are given from one shepherd.
ECC 12:12  And further, by these, my son, be admonished: of making many books there is no end;  And much study is a weariness of the flesh.
ECC 12:13  Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: reverence YaHuWaH, and keep his commandments, for this is the whole duty of man.
ECC 12:14  For YaHuWaH shall bring every work into judgement, with every secret thing, whether it be (righteous), or whether it be evil:(unrighteous).

ISA 2:1  The word that YaSHAhYaHuW the son of Amoz saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem.
ISA 2:2  And it shall come to pass in the last:(end time) days, that the mountain:(raising up) of YaHuWaH House shall be established in the top:(chiefest place) of the mountains:(raised up), and shall be exalted above the hills:(little house);  And all nations shall flow:(be lightened) unto:(by) it.

Made clear:
Come to pass in The End Time Days, a raising up of YaHuWaH House, to be established the chiefest place raised up, exalted above the little houses.  All nations will be lightened by it.

YaHuWaH's House of ALaHiYM of Jacob will be raised up upon Mount Zion.  Mount Zion is the mountain of YaHuWaH.

ISA 2:3  And many people will go, saying, come up to the mountain of YaHuWaH, to the House of ALaHiYM of Jacob;  From there, the Law is taught, that we may walk righteously;  For the Law will go forth from Zion: the word of YaHuWaH from Jerusalem.
ISA 2:4  For he will judge righteously among the nations, and rebuke many people: the nations will beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.

ISA 4:1  And in that:(the same) day seven:(complete, perfected) women:(Holy wives) shall take hold:(be established) of one:(in unity with) man:(an Anointed), saying:(declaring), we will eat:(what was consumed) our own bread:(food that caused us to overcome), and wear:(clothed in) our own apparel:(the garment of righteousness) only:(surely) let us be called:(proclaim) by thy name:(honour, authority, and character), to take away our reproach:(the reproach that came because of former sins.)

ISA 4:1 made clear:
In the same day, the complete and perfected Holy Wife will be established, in unity, as servants, who are like-minded as Jesus:(YaHuWSHuWAh) Christ:(MaSHiYCH), declaring what was consumed:(the food that caused them to overcome sin), clothed in the garment of righteousness, surely proclaiming righteous honour, authority, and character, to take away the reproach, which came because of former sins.

The complete and perfected Holy Wife:(servants who are like-minded as YaHuWSHuWAh), will proclaim righteous honour, authority, and character of YaHuWaH, to take away the reproach, which came because of former sins.

ISA 4:2  In that:(the same) day:(day) shall the branch:(the servants, who are brought forth) of YaHuWaH be beautiful and glorious, and the fruit of the earth shall be excellent and comely for them, who are escaped of Israel
ISA 4:3  And it shall come to pass, that he, who is left in Zion, and he, who remaineth in Jerusalem, shall be called Holy, even every one that is written among the living in Jerusalem:
ISA 4:4  When YaHuWaH shall have washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion, and shall have purged the blood of Jerusalem from the midst thereof by the Spirit of judgement, and by the Spirit of burning:(those, who will choose to walk in the Law of ALaHiYM like Jesus:(YaHuWSHuWAh) did, will be guided by the Spirit of YaHuWaH).

The Spirit of YaHuWaH will burn:(cause one to be convinced into obeying the Law of ALaHiYM), (placing the Law into the heart and mind of the people.  They will have knowledge of the righteous judgements).

ISA 4:5  And YaHuWaH will create upon every dwelling place of Mount Zion, and upon her assemblies:(her righteous assemblies), a cloud and smoke by day, and the shining of a flaming fire by night: for upon all the glory:(honoured ones) shall be a defence:(protection).
ISA 4:6  And there shall be a Tabernacle, for a shadow in the daytime, from the heat, and for a place of refuge, and for a covert from storm and from rain.

ISA 30:1  Woe to the rebellious children, saith YaHuWaH, who take counsel, but not of me;  And that cover with a covering, but not of my Spirit, that they may add sin to sin:
ISA 30:2  That walk to go down into Egypt, and have not asked at my mouth;  To strengthen themselves in the strength of Pharaoh, and to trust in the shadow of Egypt.
ISA 30:3  Therefore, shall the strength of Pharaoh be your shame, and the trust in the shadow of Egypt your confusion.
ISA 30:4  For his princes were at Zoan, and his ambassadors came to Hanes
ISA 30:5  They were all ashamed of a people, who could not profit them, nor be an help nor profit, but a shame, and also a reproach.
ISA 30:6  The burden of (the beasts of the south): into the land of trouble and anguish, from whence come the young and old lion, the viper and fiery flying serpent, they will carry their riches upon the shoulders of young asses, and their treasures upon the bunches of camels, to a people that shall not profit them.
ISA 30:7  For (the Egyptians) shall help in vain, and to no purpose: therefore, have I cried concerning this, their strength is to sit still.
ISA 30:8  Now go, write it, in the presence of them, in a table, and note it in a book, that it may be for the time to come, perpetually for evermore:
ISA 30:9  That this is a rebellious people, lying children, children who will not hear the Law of YaHuWaH:
ISA 30:10  Who say unto the seers, see not;  And to the Prophets, prophesy not unto us a righteous law, speak unto us smooth things, prophesy deceits:
ISA 30:11  Get you out of the way, turn aside out of the path, cause the Holy one of Israel to cease from the presence of us.
ISA 30:12  Wherefore, thus saith the Holy one of Israel, because ye despise the Law, and trust in oppression and perverseness, and stay thereon:
ISA 30:13  Therefore, this iniquity shall be to you, as a breach ready to fall, swelling out in a high wall, whose breaking cometh suddenly at an instant.
ISA 30:14  And he shall break it, as the breaking of the potters' vessel, which is broken in pieces;  He shall not spare: so that there shall not be found, in the bursting of it, a potsherd, to take fire from the hearth, or to take water withal out of the pit.
ISA 30:15  For thus saith the Sovereign Controller, YaHuWaH, the Holy one of Israel: in returning and rest shall ye be saved;  In quietness and in confidence shall be your strength: and ye would not.
ISA 30:16  'No', ye said, "For we will flee upon horses";  Therefore, shall ye flee.  And again, "We will ride upon the swift";  Therefore, shall they that pursue you, be swift.
ISA 30:17  One thousand shall flee at the rebuke of one;  At the rebuke of five shall ye flee: till ye be left as a beacon upon the top of a mountain, and as an ensign on an hill.
ISA 30:18  Therefore, YaHuWaH waits, being merciful and compassionate, to be exalted rightly so, for YaHuWaH ALaHiYM judge righteously: blessed are all they that wait for him.
ISA 30:19  For the people shall dwell in Zion at Jerusalem: thou shalt weep no more: he will be very gracious unto thee at the voice of thy cry;  When he shall hear it, he will answer thee,
ISA 30:20  (Though the Sovereign Controller give you the bread of adversity, and the water of affliction), for thy teachers will not be removed into a corner any more, for thine eyes will see thy teachers:
ISA 30:21  And thine ears shall hear the Law behind thee, saying, this is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left.
ISA 30:22  Ye shall defile also the covering of thy graven images of silver, and the ornament of thy molten images of gold: thou shalt cast them away as a menstruous cloth;  Thou shalt say unto it, get thee hence.
ISA 30:23  Then shall he give the rain of thy seed, which thou shalt sow the ground withal;  And bread of the increase of the earth, and it shall be fat and plenteous: in that day shall thy cattle feed in large pastures.
ISA 30:24  The oxen likewise and the young asses, which ear:(till) the ground, shall eat clean provender, which hath been winnowed with the shovel and with the fan.
ISA 30:25  And there shall be, upon every high mountain, and upon every high hill, rivers and streams of waters, in the day of the great slaughter, when the towers fall.  (Babylon has fallen has fallen).
ISA 30:26  Moreover the light of the moon shall be as the light of the sun, and the light of the sun shall be sevenfold, as the light of seven days, in the day that YaHuWaH bindeth up the breach of his people, and healeth the stroke of their wound.

Up above, the verse is a written prophecy about the intense brightness and intense heat that will come from the nuclear bombs, which humankind will use, thereby destroying the elements, which are upon the earth.  Moreover, YaHuWaH ALaHiYM will stop this destruction, in order to protect the chosen people and their nation: YaHuWaH ALaHiYM will take away the pestilence, and will heal the people and the land.

Of all the families of the earth, YaHuWaH chose only the seed of Abraham, to be the chosen people, namely Israel.

On November 6th 2005 at 5:09am, this line of information is placed right here, just after I had visited a friend of mine, who mentioned about two brothers from the same womb, while we were talking about the scriptures.  Now, all of you, who read across this line and who know where this phrase 'two brothers from the same womb' came from: pay attention to what is written in the scripture:

ISA 44:1  Yet now hear, O Jacob my servant;  and Israel, whom I have chosen:
ISA 44:2  Thus saith YaHuWaH, who made thee, and formed thee from the womb, which will help thee;  Fear not, O Jacob, my servant;  and thou, Jeshurun, whom I have chosen.

These two verses have been twisted by Yisrayl Bill Hawkins, the False prophet, who oversees the religious organization called the House of Yahweh, in Abilene Texas.

First of all, nowhere, in these two scriptures, does it imply, two brothers from the same womb.  No where!  In order to understand, who these scriptures are referring to, one must gather precept upon precept, line upon line on these two names that are recorded in these two scriptures.

Who was Jacob?

Jacob came from the loins of Isaac

Who was Isaac?

Isaac was born from Sarah, Abraham’s wife.

Who was Abraham?

The answer is in Genesis:

GEN 17:1  And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, YaHuWaH appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I:(We) am powerful and mighty:(strong);  Walk in the presence of, (me, and) be thou perfect.

Up above, the two words (me, and) represents no Hebrew word.

This verse, up above, leads one to believe that Sovereign YaHuWaH Almighty appeared unto Abram.  But this is not true.

What is true:
The representatives, (who have the name:(honour, authority, and character) of YaHuWaH Almighty upon them), appeared unto Abram with honour, authority, and character of YaHuWaH Almighty.

YaHuWaH Almighty communicates unto the chosen ones, through YaHuWaH ALaHiYM, (who come in the honour, authority, and character of YaHuWaH Almighty), teaching the chosen the Law, which leads unto perfection.  Moreover, Jesus:(YaHuWSHuWAh) Christ:(MaSHiYCH), the Son of YaHuWaH, came with honour, authority, and character of YaHuWaH, to teach unto the Called:(Invited) the Law, which leads unto perfection.  Moreover, His testimony about Himself is true, because you can read about it throughout the Law and Writings of the Prophets.

Those, who will choose to become perfect in the complete obedience of the Law in the presence of YaHuWaH ALaHiYM like Abraham did, will receive Everlasting life.

Now back to Genesis, for the answer of who Abraham was.

GEN 17:2  And I will make my Covenant between me and thee, and will multiply thee exceedingly.
GEN 17:3  And Abram fell on his face: and ALaHiYM talked with him, saying,
GEN 17:4  As for me, behold, my Covenant is with thee, and thou shalt be a father of many nations.
GEN 17:5  Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham;  For a father of many nations have I made thee.
GEN 17:6  And I will make thee exceeding fruitful, and I will make nations of thee, and kings shall come out of thee.
GEN 17:7  I will establish the Covenant with your seed hereafter in their generations, for an Everlasting Covenant, to be ALaHiYM unto your seed, hereafter.
GEN 17:8  I will give, unto your seed hereafter, the land where you sojourn: namely all the land of Canaan, for an Everlasting possession.  I will be their ALaHiYM
GEN 17:9  And ALaHiYM said unto Abraham, you are to keep, namely the Covenant: you and your seed hereafter in their generations.
GEN 17:10  Likewise, the Covenant that is to be kept with your seed after you, all males must be circumcised.
GEN 17:11  Circumcise the flesh of the foreskin, as a mark of the Covenant with the circumcised.
GEN 17:12  Circumcise all males, who are eight-days-old descendant born in the house, and who are bought with money of any born foreign, who are not descended from you.
GEN 17:13  The male born in the house, and the male bought with money, must be circumcised: the cutting exist in the flesh for an Everlasting Covenant
GEN 17:14  The uncircumcised male whose flesh of the foreskin is not circumcised: that person will be cut off from his people;  He has broken namely the Covenant
GEN 17:15  And ALaHiYM said unto Abraham, as for Sarai thy wife, thou shalt not call her name Sarai, but Sarah shall her name be.
GEN 17:16  I will bless, giving you a son even from her: a blessing that will exist for the Israel nations.   Kings of the Israel nations will come from her.
GEN 17:17  Then Abraham fell upon his face, and laughed, and said in his heart, shall a child be born unto him that is an hundred years old?  And shall Sarah, who is ninety years old, bear?
GEN 17:18  And Abraham said unto ALaHiYM, O that Ishmael:(YaSHaMAhAL) might live in the presence of thee.
GEN 17:19  And ALaHiYM said, Sarah thy wife shall bear thee a son, indeed;  And thou shalt call his name Isaac: and I will establish my Covenant, with him, for an Everlasting Covenant, and with his descendants after him.
GEN 17:20  And as for Ishmael, I have heard thee: behold, I have blessed him, and will make him fruitful, and will multiply him exceedingly;  Twelve princes shall he beget, and I will make him a great nation.
GEN 17:21  But my Covenant will I establish with Isaac, which Sarah shall bear unto thee, at this set time, in the next year.
GEN 17:22  And he left off talking with him, and ALaHiYM went up from Abraham
GEN 17:23  And Abraham took Ishmael his son, and all that were born in his house, and all that were bought with his money, every male among the men of Abraham’s house;  And circumcised the flesh of their foreskin, in the selfsame day, as ALaHiYM had said unto him.
GEN 17:24  And Abraham was ninety years old and nine, when he was circumcised in the flesh of his foreskin.
GEN 17:25  And Ishmael his son was thirteen years old, when he was circumcised in the flesh of his foreskin.
GEN 17:26  In the selfsame day was Abraham circumcised, and Ishmael his son.
GEN 17:27  And all the men of his house, born in the house, and bought with money of the stranger, were circumcised with him.

Now look at Deuteronomy:

DEU 7:6  For thou art a Holy people unto YaHuWaH ALaHiYM: YaHuWaH ALaHiYM hath chosen thee to be a special people unto himself, above all people that are upon the face of the earth.

Who are the chosen people of YaHuWaH?

The house of Jacob, who was renamed Israel

Remember that YaHuWaH ALaHiYM surnamed Jacob, with the name Israel.  Jacob's name was changed to Israel.

Look at:

2CHR 20:6  And said, O LORD God of our fathers, art not thou God in heaven?  And rulest not thou over all the kingdoms of the heathen?  And in thine hand is there not power and might, so that none is able to withstand thee?
2CHR 20:7  Art not thou our God, who didst drive out the inhabitants of this land before thy people Israel, and gavest it to the seed of Abraham thy friend for ever?

The people, Israel, are the seed:(children, posterity) of Abraham.  They were acknowledge as the seed of Abraham as long as they continued to obey the Law of the Everlasting Covenant.  Eventually the people, Israel, turned away from obeying the Law of the Everlasting Covenant

A second promise, from ALaHiYM, was declared unto king David:

"King David will always have a son to sit upon the throne of the Kingdom of Israel."  Jesus:(YaHuWSHuWAh) is the son of David, who is appointed to rule over the Eternal Kingdom of Israel, forever.  Therefore, in order for the ancient people, Israel, to come back under the Everlasting Covenant and to be acknowledge as Abraham’s seed, the whole ancient house of Yisrayl must be joined back together.  In The End Time Days, known as the last seven years of The Last Days, the house of Israel will be joined with the house of Judah, which is promised to always have a master upon the throne of the Kingdom of Israel

Of a truth, Jesus:(YaHuWSHuWAh) will NOT sit upon the throne, ruling the house of Israel and the house of Judah, which will be united together as one Kingdom of Israel, IN The End Time Days of The Last Days.  The ancient Prophets prophesied about king David sitting upon the throne of the Kingdom of Israel IN The End Time Days of The Last Days.  The sons of Zadok will be priests over YaHuWaH's House of ALaHiYM of Jacob at that time.

All of the servants in YaHuWaH's House of ALaHiYM of Jacob, (who become as Israel, walking in righteousness until Jesus:(YaHuWSHuWAh) returns to establish the Eternal Kingdom), will receive an inheritance IN the Eternal Kingdom forever, for they will exist being like-minded as the true Israel seed of Abraham, namely Jesus:(YaHuWSHuWAh).  Jesus:(YaHuWSHuWAh) will exist as the Highest Priest and Highest King over the Eternal Kingdom, forever.

Look in Genesis:

GEN 32:27  And he said unto him, what is thy name:(what is your authority and character)?  And he said, Jacob:(supplanter, wrongdoer).
GEN 32:28  And he said, thy name:(honour, authority, and character) shall be called no more Jacob:(supplanter, wrongdoer) but Israel:(who will rule, existing like-minded as the Almighty ), for as a prince, hast thou power with God:(ALaHiYM) and with men, and hast prevailed.
GEN 32:29  And Jacob asked him, and said, tell me, I pray thee, thy name:(honour, authority, and character).  And he said, wherefore:(what) is it:(is the purpose), that thou dost ask:(inquire) after my name:(righteous honour, authority, and character)?  And he blessed him there.

Jacob prayed to know honour, authority, and character of YaHuWaH ALaHiYM, because he desired to have that honour, authority, and character within him.  This is the purpose why Jacob inquired to know honour, authority, and character of YaHuWaH ALaHiYM.  Jacob was blessed greatly, by YaHuWaH ALaHiYM, because he was taught righteous honour, authority, and character of YaHuWaH.

GEN 32:30  And Jacob called the name of the place Peniel: for I have seen God:(ALaHiYM) face to face, and my life is preserved.

Furthermore, there is another name for Israel.

What is it?

Look in Deuteronomy:

DEU 32:15  But Jeshurun waxed fat, and kicked: thou art waxen fat, thou art grown thick, thou art covered with fatness;  Then he:(they) forsook ALaHiYM, who made him:(them), and lightly esteemed the rock of his:(their) salvation.
DEU 32:16  They provoked him to jealousy with strange gods, with abominations provoked they him to anger.

Notice, who Jeshurun is:

DEU 32:9  For YaHuWaH portion 'is his people':(the people);  Jacob is the lot of his inheritance.

DEU 32 verse 9 made clear:
For YaHuWaH portion: the people of Jacob: the lot of inheritance.

Now to explain:
YaHuWaH ALaHiYM has vowed to give the land of Canaan as an allotted Eternal inheritance unto the people of Jacob, namely Israel

DEU 32:10  He found him:(them) in a desert land, and in the waste howling wilderness;  He led him:(them) about, he instructed him:(them), he kept him:(them) as the apple of his eye.

Know let us go back one more verse:

DEU 32:8  When the Most High divided, to the nations, their inheritance, when he separated the sons of Adam, he set the bounds of the people, according to the number of the children of Israel

Did you see that name: Israel?

Israel is the surname of Jacob: the 12 tribes of Israel, the chosen people of YaHuWaH ALaHiYM.  Therefore, Isaiah the Prophet is NOT speaking about two brothers from a womb.  Isaiah, the Prophet is speaking about the whole ancient house of Israel, who will be raised from the ground in The End Time Days, to proclaim the Law and Writings of the Prophets unto the called, who will go up to the Holy Mountain, Zion of Jerusalem to worship YaHuWaH ALaHiYM.

ISA 44:2  Thus saith YaHuWaH, who made and formed thee from the womb, and who will protect thee;  Fear not, O Jacob:(whose name was changed to Israel), my servant:(the servants of YaHuWaH);  Jeshurun:(this is a symbolic name for Israel), the chosen.
ISA 44:3  For I will pour water upon (him that is) thirsty:(those, who seek to obey my law), and floods upon the dry ground: I will pour my Spirit upon Abraham’s seed:(the whole house of Israel, who are like-minded as YaHuWSHuWAh), and my blessing upon thine offspring:(those, who become like-minded as Jesus:(YaHuWSHuWAh): namely all of the families of the earth, who will reverence YaHuWaH.)
ISA 44:4  And they:(those, who will reverence YaHuWaH) shall spring up as among the grass, as willows by the water courses.
ISA 44:5  One:(These) shall say, I:(we) am YaHuWaH:(exist);  And another shall call himself by the name of Jacob:(the same, these are addressed by the name Jacob);  And another shall subscribe with his hand unto YaHuWaH, and surname himself by the name of Israel:(, the same, these, written with the hand of YaHuWaH, are surnamed with the name, Israel).

ISA 44:5  These shall say, we YaHuWaH:(exist);  These are addressed by the name Jacob;  And these, written with the hand of YaHuWaH, are surnamed with the name, Israel).

The word 'Israel:(YaSuRAL)' means 'he will rule, being like-minded as the Almighty'.

The word 'subscribe' means, 'to write, to record, to engrave'.

The word hand:
A primitive Hebrew root word;  Meaning: a hand (the open one (indicating power, means, direction, etc.), be) able, x about, at, because of, beside, charge, + consecrate, custody, debt, dominion, + fellowship, hand, himself, labour, + means, ministry, near, order, ordinance, power, service, side, stay, draw with strength, swear, under, wait on, work, + yield,

What these definitions are showing:
These, who are addressed by the name, Jacob, are surnamed, Israel, by the hand of YaHuWaH ALaHiYM.  In other words, it is written by the power of YaHuWaH ALaHiYM, through the ancient Inspired Prophets, that the people, namely Jacob, are surnamed Israel

Why is this true?

Because they are the descendants of the patriarch Jacob, who was renamed Israel.

The people of Jacob were renamed Israel.  In the ancient days, they existed as the chosen people.  In The End Time Days, all people, who are joined unto the ancient house of Jacob and become as Israel, will exist forever, eternally.

These same people will rule as Almighty, by walking in the righteousness of the Law.

DEU 6:4  Hear, O Israel: YaHuWaH ALaHiYM are one:  (a united) YaHuWaH family.
DEU 6:5  And love, namely YaHuWaH ALaHiYM with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.
DEU 6:6  These words, which I command this day, commit with the mind:
DEU 6:7  Teach (them) diligently unto the children;  Teach, when sitting in thine house, and when walking by the way, and when lying down, and when rising up.
DEU 6:8  Perform (them), consenting with the hand, desire (them), as frontlets between the eyes.
DEU 6:9  And write (them) upon the posts of the house, the door.
DEU 6:10  And it shall be, when YaHuWaH ALaHiYM shall have brought thee, into the land that he sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give thee great and many cities, which thou buildedst not,
DEU 6:11  And houses full of all righteous things, which you filled not, and wells dug, which you dug not, vineyards and olive trees, which you planted not;  When you shalt have eaten and be full;

These scriptures up above show when this will take place and where it will be.

When?
When YaHuWaH ALaHiYM shall have brought thee into the land, which was sworn unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob.

Where?
The land, which was sworn unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob.

What land was sworn?
GEN 15:18  In the same day, YaHuWaH made a Covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates:
GEN 15:19  The Kenites, and the Kenizzites, and the Kadmonites,
GEN 15:20  And the Hittites, and the Perizzites, and the Rephaims,
GEN 15:21  And the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Girgashites, and the Jebusites

YaHuWaH ALaHiYM will bring the whole house of Israel into the land of Israel, again in The End Time Days of The Last Days.  Please read all of Ezekiel chapter 37, to learn about this prophecy.

ISA 44:6  Thus saith YaHuWaH, the King of Israel: the Redeemer: YaHuWaH of Hosts;  I am the first, I am the last;  Separately exist no alhym

In other words, there are no other alhym, who exist representing YaHuWaH family.  All other alhym have another honour, authority, and character that is NOT righteous.  The Two Cherubs are representatives of YaHuWaH Almighty.  The Two Cherubs are the highest ranking Messengers of YaHuWaH Hosts:(Messengers), who have righteous honour, authority, and character.  Those, who serve Satan the devil, do not have righteous honour, authority, and character.

ISA 44:7  And who, as I, shall call:(proclaims), and shall declare:(to expound fully) it, and set it in order:(to put in order, to direct, to prepare) for me, since:(for, on account of) I appointed:(appoint, call ordain, regard) the ancient people?  And the things that are coming:(to arrive, become, bring), and shall come:(to abide, to attain, cause to come, lift up), let them shew:(to expose, to explain, to expound) unto them.

ISA 44 Verse 7 made clear:
YaHuWaH ALaHiYM were sent to establish a chosen people.  Through the Inspired Prophets, they proclaim and expound fully the Law, to direct and prepare the chosen people, Israel, whom YaHuWaH calls, by appointing, ordaining, and regarding the ancient people, that they may become perfect in the performance of the Law, to bring them to perfection and attain Everlasting life, so that the chosen people, Israel, would give life to others, causing them to become perfect in the performance of the Law, to bring them to perfection and attain Everlasting life, and to exposing sin, by explaining and expounding the Law to them.

Today, there exist Cherubim, who rule as Almighty:
The name 'MiYKAL' means 'who is like Almighty'.  Michael is one of the Cherubs, who are employed by the Sovereign Master of the whole earth.

ISA 44:8  Fear ye not, neither be afraid: have not I told thee from that time, and have declared it?  Ye are even my 'witnesses'.  Is there a God beside me?  Yea, there is no God;  I know not any.

ISA 44:8  Fear not, neither be afraid.  Truly, you heard, from the beginning, the Messengers declaring the Law and Writings of the Prophets: you witnessed these things, to proclaim the same to the called.  There exists the Almighty above.  Without Me, no existence of a refuge is known: not at all.

What did YaHuWaH command the chosen people to do, as recorded in the Law?

They are commanded to live by the Law, and teach the Law diligently unto their descendants after them.

This scripture here in Isaiah 44: 8, concerning the word witnesses , is NOT referring unto two gentile brothers, namely Yisrayl Bill Hawkins and J G Hawkins, who was renamed Jacob by Yisrayl Bill Hawkins

Now, look at Zechariah 4 verse 14.

In the old King James Version Bible:

ZEC 4:14  Then said he, these are the 'two anointed ones', that stand by the Lord of the whole earth.

Yisrayl Bill Hawkins has attributed this verse up above unto himself and his gentile brother as two Anointed Ones of a Yahweh.  He proclaims that him and his brother are the two witnesses of Isaiah 44:8, and that these two witnesses are the two Anointed Ones, as written in Zechariah 4: 14.

This verse in Zechariah 4:14 is NOT referring to two brothers from the same womb, namely Yisrayl Bill Hawkins and Jacob Hawkins.  This verse is referring to the Two Cherubs of YaHuWaH Almighty, the Supreme Master of the whole earth.

According to Strong’s Hebrew dictionary, here are the definitions of the Hebrew words, for the English phrase 'Two Anointed Ones':

Notice that the English translators did not translate the Hebrew word 'yitshar' correctly.  'Yitshar' was not translated into the English Bible at all.

More correctly translated, ZEC 4:14 is written like this:

ZEC 4:14  Then said he, These Two, appointed to make oil for the lights, are employed by the Sovereign Master of the whole earth.

These Two Cherubs will Establish the Law for YaHuWaH's House of ALaHiYM of Jacob, In the End Time Days.

These Two Cherubs, who are employed by the Sovereign Master of the whole earth, are also recorded of, in Revelation 11:3.

REV 11:3  And I will give power unto My Two Witnesses, and They shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.

The Two Witnesses of REV 11:3 are the Two Cherubs, namely Gabriel and Michael.  They will be sent back unto this earth to resurrect the whole ancient house of Israel.  Elijah:(Aliyahuw), the Prophet, will return with these Two Cherubs.  Aliyahuw will be appointed to raise the whole house of Israel up from the ground.  The sons of Zadok, of the house of Levi, will be the Anointed Priests in the rebuilt temple of YaHuWaH ALaHiYM, for the whole house of Israel.  This will occur in The End Time Days, when the Law of YaHuWaH ALaHiYM will go forth from Mount Zion, Jerusalem, as recorded in Isaiah chapter 2: 3.

Please understand that the ancient Prophet, Elijah:(Aliyahuw), did not die.

Jesus:(YaHuWSHuWAh), the Son of YaHuWaH ALaHiYM, wrote about this same Prophet:

MAT 17:5  While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, this is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased;  Hear ye him.
MAT 17:6  And when the disciples heard it, they fell on their face, and were sore afraid.
MAT 17:7  And Jesus came and touched them, and said, arise, and be not afraid.
MAT 17:8  And when they had lifted up their eyes, they saw no man, save Jesus only.
MAT 17:9  And as they came down from the mountain, Jesus charged them, saying, tell the vision to no man, until the Son of man be risen again from the dead.

Notice in the next verse:

MAT 17:10  And his disciples asked him, saying, why then say the scribes that Elias:(Elijah) must first come?

The question is asked by the disciples: why then say the scribes that Elijah must first come?

When this question was asked by the disciples of Jesus, John the baptist had already come to fulfill his appointed work and then was put to death.

MAT 17:11  And Jesus answered and said unto them, Elias:(Elijah) truly shall first come, and restore all things.

Again, Jesus said unto them, Elijah truly shall first come, and restore all things.

What is Elijah going to restore?
The whole ancient house of Israel will be restored to life, for the purpose of restoring the Law in the hearts and minds of the people, who are called.
When this last righteous work of YaHuWaH ALaHiYM is completed in The End Time Days, then the wrath of YaHuWaH ALaHiYM will come upon the people of the earth, who rejected the calling, which would enable them to become like-minded as Jesus:(YaHuWSHuWAh).

In the next verse, Jesus gives reference unto John the baptist, who is already dead:

MAT 17:12  But I say unto you, that Elias is come already, and they knew him not, but have done unto him whatsoever they listed.  Likewise shall also the Son of man suffer of them.
MAT 17:13  Then the disciples understood that he spake unto them of John the baptist.

JOH 1:23  He said, I am the voice of one crying in the wilderness, make straight the way of the Lord, as said the Prophet Esaias:(Isaiah).

ISA 44:9  They, who make a graven image, are, all of them, vanity;  And their delectable things shall not profit;  And they are their own witnesses;  They see not, nor know;  That they may be ashamed.
ISA 44:10  Who hath formed an idol, or molten a graven image, which is profitable for nothing?
ISA 44:11  Behold, all his fellows shall be ashamed: and the workmen, they are of men: let them all be gathered together, let them stand up;  Yet they shall fear, and they shall be ashamed, together.
ISA 44:12  The smith, with the tongs, both, worketh in the coals, and fashioneth it with hammers, and worketh it, with the strength of his arms: yea, he is hungry, and his strength faileth: he drinketh no water, and is faint.

In The End Time Days, YaHuWaH ALaHiYM will put the Holy Spirit in the minds of all of the house of Israel, because all of their past sins will be forgiven.  They will be redeemed.  They will receive atonement from the death penalty, because of past sins.  All of them will dwell in YaHuWaH's House of ALaHiYM of Jacob, at that time.  Remember that judgement begins at YaHuWaH's House of ALaHiYM of Jacob.  They will be sentenced, after The End Time Days have come to an end.  Eternal life will be given unto those who remained righteous unto the end.  The second death will be given unto those who did not remain righteous unto the end.

ISA 44:22  Your transgressions have been blotted out, like a thick cloud, and thy sins, as a cloud: return to YaHuWaH, for you are now redeemed.
ISA 44:23  Sing, O ye heavens;  For YaHuWaH hath done it: shout, ye lower parts of the earth: break forth into singing, ye mountains, O forest, and every tree therein: for YaHuWaH (will) redeem the house of Jacob, and (will) glorify himself:(clearly explain the Holy Law) to Israel
ISA 44:24  Thus saith YaHuWaH, the redeemer, who formed thee from the womb: I, YaHuWaH, who governs everything;  Stretched forth the medium of heaven, dividing it;  And spread forth the earth among it;
ISA 44:25  Frustrated the tokens of the liars, making diviners mad;  Turned wise men backwards, making their knowledge foolish;

ISA 44:28  Saying to Cyrus, the shepherd: make complete the whole matter;  Saying to Jerusalem, be rebuilt;  And to the temple foundations, be laid.

ISA 55:1  Ho:(crying out), every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he, who hath no money;  Come ye, buy, and eat;  Yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price.
ISA 55:2  Why do ye spend money for want of bread, labouring to be satisfied, not?  Hear diligently unto the food, which is righteous, desire for, with delight, in abundance.
ISA 55:3  Incline your ear, and come unto me: hear, and your soul shall live;  And I will reestablish the Everlasting Covenant with you, even the sure mercies of David.
ISA 55:4  Behold, the testimony of the Law of ALaHiYM is given to a people:(whole house of Israel), from a prince: a leader and commander unto Israel people.
ISA 55:5  Behold, proclaim the message to those, who have not the Law;  To those, who have no understanding of righteous ways.  Those, who did not know the Law, will run according to the Law, because of the doctrine of YaHuWaH ALaHiYM, the Holy ones of Israel;  For to glorify:(make clear the Law).
ISA 55:6  Seek YaHuWaH while he may be found, call upon him, while he is near:
ISA 55:7  Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: return unto YaHuWaH.  Mercy comes from ALaHiYM, for they will abundantly pardon.
ISA 55:8  For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways, my ways, saith YaHuWaH
ISA 55:9  For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.
ISA 55:10  For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower and bread to the eater:
ISA 55:11  Rightly so, the Law will go forth from my mouth: it will not return again, being ineffectual, but it will accomplish, namely what I desire, for it will affect those, to whom it is sent
ISA 55:12  For the Law will go forth, bringing peace, rejoicing the heart and the mind: the mountains and the hills will break forth into joy: rejoicing, because of the doctrine of the Law of YaHuWaH, and all the trees of the field will clap the hands.
ISA 55:13  The fir tree will spring up, instead of the thorn;  The myrtle tree will spring up, instead of the brier: it will come to pass that YaHuWaH's name:(honour, authority, and character) will be an Everlasting sign, which will not be cut off.

HOS 6:1  Come, and let us return unto YaHuWaH: who has torn, and yet, will heal us;  Who has smitten, and yet, will bind us up.
HOS 6:2  After that time, we will be restored to life:(nourished up);  In the days to come, we will abide in the truth, for we will live righteously in his sight,
HOS 6:3  Having knowledge, being under the instruction of the Law: understanding that which is taught by YaHuWaH ALaHiYM.  YaHuWaH ALaHiYM truth will go forth, providing nourishment, as the morning light;  Coming as the rain, as the latter and former rain, unto the earth.
HOS 6:4  O Ephraim, what shall I do unto thee?  O Judah, what shall I do unto thee?  For your righteousness is as a morning cloud, and as the early dew, it goeth away.
HOS 6:5  Therefore, have I hewed them, by the Prophets;  I have slain them.  By the word of my mouth: thy judgements are as the light, which goeth forth.
HOS 6:6  For I desired mercy, and not sacrifice;  And the knowledge of ALaHiYM, more than burnt offerings.
HOS 6:7  But they, like men, have transgressed the Everlasting Covenant: there, have they dealt treacherously against me.
HOS 6:8  Gilead is a city of them, who work iniquity, and is polluted with blood.
HOS 6:9  And as troops, of robbers, wait for a man, so the company of priests murder in the way, by consent: for they commit lewdness.
HOS 6:10  I have seen an horrible thing, in the house of Israel: there is the whoredom of Ephraim, Israel is defiled.

JOE 2:11  And YaHuWaH shall utter his voice in the presence of his army: for his camp is very great: for he is strong, who executeth his word: for the Day of YaHuWaH is great and very terrible;  And who can abide it?
JOE 2:12  Therefore, now saith YaHuWaH, turn back to me with all your heart, and with fasting, and with weeping, and with mourning:
JOE 2:13  And rend your heart, and not your garments, and turn unto YaHuWaH ALaHiYM: for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repenteth:(has pity) of:(upon) the evil.
JOE 2:14  Who understands to return and repent, to leave a blessing behind: a meat offering and a drink offering unto YaHuWaH ALaHiYM?
JOE 2:15  Blow the trumpet in Zion, sanctify a fast, call a solemn assembly:
JOE 2:16  Gather the people, sanctify the congregation, assemble the elders, gather the children and those, who suck the breasts: let the bridegroom go forth of his chamber and the bride out of her closet.
JOE 2:17  Let the priests, the ministers of YaHuWaH, weep between the porch and the altar, and let them say, spare:(have compassion upon) thy people, O YaHuWaH, and give not thine heritage unto reproach, that the heathen should rule over them: wherefore, saying, among the tribes of Israel, where is their God:(ALaHiYM)?
JOE 2:18  Then will YaHuWaH be jealous for his land, and pity his people.
JOE 2:19  Yea, YaHuWaH will answer and say unto his people, behold, I will send you grain, and wine, and oil, and ye shall be satisfied therewith: and I will no more make you a reproach among the heathen:

MAT 24:30  And then, shall appear, the sign, of the son of man, in heaven: and then, shall all the tribes, of the earth, mourn, and they shall see, the son of man, coming in the clouds, of heaven, with power and great glory.

JOE 2:20  But I will remove far off, from you, the northern army, and will drive him into a land, barren and desolate, with his face toward the east sea, and his hinder part toward the utmost sea, and his stink shall come up, and his ill savour shall come up, because he hath done great things.
JOE 2:21  Fear not, O land;  Be glad and rejoice: for YaHuWaH will do great things.
JOE 2:22  Be not afraid, ye beasts of the field: for the pastures of the wilderness do spring, for the tree beareth her fruit, the fig tree and the vine do yield their strength.
JOE 2:23  Be glad then ye children of Zion, and rejoice in YaHuWaH ALaHiYM: for he hath given you the former rain, moderately, and he will cause to come down, for you, the rain: the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month.
JOE 2:24  And the floors shall be full of wheat, and the vats shall overflow with wine and oil.
JOE 2:25  And he will restore, to you, the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpillar, and the palmerworm, the great army, which sent you away.
JOE 2:26  And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise (with) the name:(honour, authority, and character) of YaHuWaH ALaHiYM, who hath dealt wondrously with you: and the people shall never be ashamed.
JOE 2:27  And ye shall know that we are in the midst of Israel: we YaHuWaH ALaHiYM, and 'none else', and the people shall never be ashamed.

The phrase 'none else' means there is no other honour, authority, and character.

JOE 2:28  And it shall come to pass, afterward, that the life giving Spirit will be poured out, upon all flesh;  And your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:
JOE 2:29  Moreover, in those days, the life giving Spirit will be poured out upon the servants and upon the handmaids.
JOE 2:30  Wonders in the heavens and in the earth: blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke, will come forth and be seen.
JOE 2:31  The sun will be turned into darkness and the moon into blood, before:(by reason of) the great and the terrible Day of YaHuWaH, to come.
JOE 2:32  And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call:(proclaim) the name:(honour, authority, and character) of YaHuWaH, shall be delivered.  For upon Mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as YaHuWaH hath said, and in the remnant, whom YaHuWaH will call.

ZEC 10:1  Ask from YaHuWaH, rain, in the time of the latter rain;  YaHuWaH makes bright clouds, and gives showers of rain, to each grass in the field.
ZEC 10:2  For the idols have spoken vanity, and the diviners have seen a lie, and have told false dreams;  They comfort in vain: therefore they went their way as a flock, they were troubled, because there was no shepherd.
ZEC 10:3  Anger is kindled against the shepherds, and the goats are punished: for YaHuWaH of Hosts visits, namely the flock, namely the house of Judah, appointed as a glorious horse for war.
ZEC 10:4  From out of the corner, from out of the nail, from out of the battle bow, from out of every oppressor together.
ZEC 10:5  Being powerful, treading down the mire in the streets, battling:(fighting), because YaHuWaH is with the riders and the horses, to put to shame, those who turn away from obeying the Law.

ZEC 10:6  The house of Judah will be strengthened, and the house of Joseph will be saved;  For they will return again, back to YaHuWaH;  Because I will have mercy upon them: and they will be as though I had not cast them off: for we, YaHuWaH ALaHiYM, will hear them.
ZEC 10:7  And they, of Ephraim, shall be like a mighty man, and their heart shall rejoice as through wine: yea, their children shall see it, and be glad;  Their heart shall rejoice in YaHuWaH,
ZEC 10:8  Who will call them, and gather them, who are redeemed: and they shall increase as they were increased;
ZEC 10:9  And will plant the tribes of Israel: who are remembered of, in far countries;  And will turn them again, back to YaHuWaH, giving them the promise of life with their children.
ZEC 10:10  He will turn them again, away from the land of Egypt, and gather them out of Assyria;  And bring them into the land of Gilead and Lebanon;  And place, shall not be found, for them.
ZEC 10:11  They will pass, through the sea, with affliction, and the waves, in the sea, will be smitten, and all the deeps, of the river, will dry up: and the pride, of Assyria, shall be brought down, and the sceptre, of Egypt, shall depart away.
ZEC 10:12  They will be strengthened in YaHuWaH;  And they will go forth, in his name:(honour, authority, and character), saith YaHuWaH.

ZEC 14:1  Behold, the Day of YaHuWaH cometh, and thy spoil shall be divided, in the midst of thee.
ZEC 14:2  YaHuWaH will gather, all nations, against Jerusalem, to battle;  And the city will be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished;  And half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the resi, of the people, shall not be cut off from the city.
ZEC 14:3  YaHuWaH commands the fighting against those nations, as when fighting in the day of battle.
ZEC 14:4  And the feet of YaHuWaH representatives, shall stand, in that day, upon the Mount of Olives, which is before:(in front of) Jerusalem, on the east, and the Mount of Olives shall cleave:(divided) in the midst, thereof, toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley;  And half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south.
ZEC 14:5  And ye shall flee to the valley of the mountains;  For the valley of the mountains shall reach unto Azal:(joining the house) yea, ye shall flee, (like as ye fled, from the presence of the earthquake, in the days of Uzziah king of YaHuWDaH): and YaHuWaH ALaHiYM shall come, and all the Malaks, with them.

The valley will reach all the way unto YaHuWaH's House of ALaHiYM of Jacob.

ZEC 14:6  And it shall come to pass, in that day, that the light shall not be clear, nor dark:
ZEC 14:7  But it shall be one day, which is made known by YaHuWaH, not day nor night: but it shall come to pass, that at evening time, it shall be light.
ZEC 14:8  And it shall be, in that day, that living waters shall go out from Jerusalem;  Half of them toward the former sea, and half of them toward the hinder sea: in summer and in winter shall it be.
ZEC 14:9  And YaHuWaH will reign over all the earth: in that day, there will exist, in unity, YaHuWaH's name:(honour, authority, and character), only.

There will exist no other honour, authority, and character.  There will exist only YaHuWaH ALaHiYM honour, authority, and character.

ZEC 14:10  All the land shall be turned, as a plain, from Geba to Rimmon, south of Jerusalem: and it shall be lifted up, and inhabited in her place, from Benjamin's gate unto the place of the first gate unto the corner gate, and from the tower of Hananeel unto the king's winepresses.
ZEC 14:11  And men shall dwell in it, and there shall be, no more, utter destruction;  But Jerusalem shall be safely inhabited.

ZEC 14:12  And this shall be the plague, wherewith YaHuWaH will smite all the people, who have fought against Jerusalem;  Their flesh shall consume away, while they stand upon their feet, and their eyes shall consume away in their holes, and their tongue shall consume away in their mouth.
ZEC 14:13  And it shall come to pass, in that day, that a great tumult, from YaHuWaH, shall be among them;  And they shall lay hold:(fasten), every one, the hand of his neighbour, and his hand shall rise up against the hand of his neighbour.
ZEC 14:14  And Yahuwdah also shall fight at Jerusalem;  And the wealth of all the heathen, round about, shall be gathered together, gold, and silver, and apparel in great abundance.
ZEC 14:15  And so shall be the plague of the horse, of the mule, of the camel, and of the ass, and of all the beasts, which shall be in these tents, as this plague.
ZEC 14:16  And it shall come to pass, that every one, who is left of all the nations, which came against Jerusalem, shall even go up from year to year, to worship the King, YaHuWaH of Hosts, and to keep the Feast of Tabernacles.
ZEC 14:17  And it shall be, that, (whosoever will not come up of all the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, YaHuWaH of Hosts), even upon them shall be no rain.
ZEC 14:18  And if the family of Egypt go not up, and come not, that have no rain:(truly), there shall be the plague, wherewith YaHuWaH will smite the heathen, which come not up to keep the Feast of Tabernacles.

What is the plague?
Their flesh shall consume away while they stand upon their feet, and their eyes shall consume away in their holes, and their tongue shall consume away in their mouth.

What causes this plague to occur?
And it shall be, that, (whosoever will not come up, of all the families of the earth, unto Jerusalem to worship the King, YaHuWaH of Hosts), even upon them shall be no rain.

The plague is caused by the lack of rain.  If the rain does not fall upon the land, then there will be no food to eat.

ZEC 14:19  This shall be the punishment of Egypt, and the punishment of all nations, which come not up, to keep the Feast of Tabernacles.
ZEC 14:20  In that day, shall there be, upon the bells of the horses, holiness unto YaHuWaH;  And the pots, in YaHuWaH House, shall be like the bowls before:(for) the altar.
ZEC 14:21  Yea, every pot in Jerusalem and in Judah shall be holiness unto YaHuWaH of Hosts;  And all they, who sacrifice, shall come and take of them, and seethe therein: and in that day, there shall be, no more, the Canaanite in the House of YaHuWaH of Hosts.

There will exist, no more, a Canaanite in YaHuWaH's House of ALaHiYM of Jacob.
