Counting Unto the Feast of Firstfruits, From the Morrow After the Seventh Day Sabbath: When the Sheaf of the Wave Offering Was Brought To the Priest Upon the 15th of Abib Lunar Month

Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: but the seventh day is the Sabbath in the presence of YaHuWaH ALaHiYM: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, nor thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger, who is within thy gates: for in six days YaHuWaH made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore YaHuWaH blessed the Sabbath day, and hallowed it. (Exodus 20:8-11)

The Commandment clearly tells us that we have 6 days before a Seventh Day Sabbath. According to the Bible, all four weeks of a lunar month consists of 6 days, followed by the 7th day of rest, which is always a Seventh Day Sabbath according to the Lunar Calendar. Moreover, this fact is consistent with the scriptural criteria for determining the Feast of Firstfruits (i.e., Pentecost):

'And ye shall count unto you from the morrow after the Sabbath, from the day that ye brought the sheaf of the wave offering; seven Sabbaths shall be complete: even unto the morrow after the seventh Sabbath shall ye number fifty days...' (Leviticus 23:15,16)

'Seven weeks shalt thou number unto thee: begin to number the seven weeks from such time as thou beginnest to put the sickle to the corn:(barley stalk of grain). And thou shalt keep the Feast of Firstfruits in the presence of YaHuWaH ALaHiYM..' (Deuteronomy 16:9,10)

The holy scriptures give us five main criteria for determining Pentecost:

1. The count is to begin on the 'morrow', after the Seventh Day Sabbath. The MORROW is the first day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread, which come after a Seventh Day Sabbath.

2. The 'Sabbath' before the morrow. The Sabbath before the morrow, is a Seventh Day Sabbath, before the Feast of Unleavened Bread begins.

3. The count ends on a 'MORROW, after the Seventh Seventh Day Sabbath.' The MORROW, after the seventh Seventh Day Sabbath, is the Feast of Firstfruits. The SEVEN Seventh Day Sabbaths are counted from the first day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread, known as the 15th of Abib

4. The count is to contain 'SEVEN Seventh Day Sabbaths':(SEVEN COMPLETE LUNAR WEEKS), which culminate on the MORROW, after the SEVENTH Seventh Day Sabbath.

5. The count is to number 50 Lunar Days. The 50th Lunar Day is the Feast of Weeks.

All five of these criteria must be met, in order for Pentecost, to be correctly determined, in line, with the scriptural commands. They can all be met, utilizing the 'Lunar Sabbath' Calendar.

Sometimes the Dark Moon Day in a lunar month comes upon the 28th lunar day, instead of a 29th solar day, OR a 29th and 30th solar day. The lunar month averages about 29 and 1/2 solar days.

The above date charts stand to show the scriptural nature of the 'Lunar Month Sabbath' Calendar. The five scriptural criteria are met. Counting seven Sabbaths yields a 49 lunar day count, and counting 50 lunar days yields a day that is on 'the morrow after the seventh Seventh Day Sabbath'.
