It is taught, in very many modern day religious Assemblies, that a person MUST forgive another person, who has transgressed the Commandments of Christ, thereby committing a trespass: Causing harm unto the person, who was trespassed against, EVEN IF the trespasser does NOT Reconcile with the other person.  In other words, many people are being taught by many religious teachers, that they must be willing to forgive a person, who has committed a trespass against them, EVEN IF the trespasser does NOT Reconcile with the person that was wronged.  
This modern day religious teaching is Contrary to the Righteous Instruction given by Jesus:(YaHuWSHuWAh) Christ:(MaSHiYCH) and the Apostles!

Notice the words of Jesus:(YaHuWSHuWAh):
MAT 5:21  Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, THOU SHALT NOT KILL; AND WHOSOEVER SHALL KILL SHALL BE IN DANGER OF THE JUDGMENT: 
MAT 5:22  But I say unto you, That WHOSOEVER IS ANGRY WITH HIS BROTHER WITHOUT A CAUSE SHALL BE IN DANGER OF THE JUDGMENT: and WHOSOEVER SHALL SAY TO HIS BROTHER, RACA, SHALL BE IN DANGER OF THE COUNCIL: but WHOSOEVER SHALL SAY, THOU FOOL, SHALL BE IN DANGER OF HELL FIRE.

IF a Believer is angry with his brother without a cause, AND this anger is NOT brought to an end within the heart, BUT is fed upon EVEN AFTER the end of the day, THEN eventually that anger can turn into an unlawful premeditated killing of a Brother.  Therefore the Murderer WILL Be Condemned By A Righteous Judge, To Be Burned In Gehenna Fire!
 
Jesus:(YaHuWSHuWAh) explains in detail, how Anger, without a cause, can lead to Unlawfully Killing of a Brother.  First of all, IF a Believer is Angry with his brother without a cause, THEN the Angry Believer is already acting contrary to the Commandments of the written Law.

It is written in the Law, NOT to hate thy brother in thine heart, But convince your neighbor, who is associated with you, of his wrong, so that he might be pardoned from the punishment of sin.  Do NOT Avenge, NOR Bear Any Grudge against the children of thy people.  You MUST Love your neighbor as yourself, thereby being like-minded as YaHuWaH ALaHiYM!

LEV 19:17  Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart: thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbour, and not suffer sin upon him. 
LEV 19:18  Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I am the LORD.

Jesus:(YaHuWSHuWAh) continues to explain:  IF that unlawful Anger is NOT brought to an end within the heart, THEN the Angry person will begin to utter vilification against his Brother, thereby determining within the heart that his Brother is a worthless person:  NOT worthy to be alive!  The Brother being wronged will report the vilification unto the Counsel of Justice, AND this Angry person will be brought before the Counsel of Justice to be REBUKED for holding a grudge against his neighbor.
IF this Angry Person does NOT overcome the Unlawful Anger, BUT continues to vilify his brother, then eventually this Angry Person will begin to physically attack his Neighbor, thereby wanting to SHUT his mouth!  The Brother being vilified will be considered as a FOOL.  In other words, the Angry Person considers the neighbor as being STUPID:(FOOLISH). Therefore, the Angry Person begins to SHUT the neighbors mouth, PHYSICALLY!  The Murdering of his Neighbor, will cause him to be condemned by a righteous Judge, to be Burned In Gehenna Fire!

NOTICE the next verse: 
MAT 5:23  Therefore IF THOU BRING THY GIFT TO THE ALTAR, AND THERE REMEMBEREST THAT THY BROTHER HATH OUGHT AGAINST THEE; 
MAT 5:24  LEAVE THERE THY GIFT BEFORE THE ALTAR, AND GO THY WAY; FIRST BE RECONCILED TO THY BROTHER, AND THEN COME AND OFFER THY GIFT.

If a Believer transgresses the Law, thereby trespassing against a Brother, THEN the trespasser MUST be Reconciled with the Brother, BEFORE a SIN OFFERING is Offered At the Altar.  IN OTHER WORDS, The Perfect Sacrifice of Jesus:(YaHuWSHuWAh) Christ:(MaSHiYCH) will NOT be an Acceptable Sacrifice, for Receiving Atonement with YaHuWaH, because of your SINS, UNTIL you have REPENTED from Transgressing the Law, thereby being Reconciled with your Brother!
This is WHY it is written in the Law:
You MUST Love your neighbor as yourself, thereby being like-minded as YaHuWaH ALaHiYM.

All Believers of YaHuWaH's House of ALaHiYM of Jacob Must Be Reconciled With One Another Before YaHuWaH Will Accept Them In the Eternal Kingdom.

Why is it necessary for Reconciliation to be accomplished among ALL of the Believers before YaHuWaH Will Accept Them In the Eternal Kingdom?

IF Reconciliation is NOT accomplished among ALL of the Believers, Then the First and Greatest Commandment of the Law is NOT being performed by the Believers.  A person MUST LOVE YaHuWaH ALaHiYM with ALL of the heart, with ALL of the soul, and with ALL of the mind, BEFORE the same person will KNOW How to LOVE the neighbor as self.  

MAT 22:36  Master, which is the great commandment in the law? 
MAT 22:37  Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. 
MAT 22:38  This is the first and great commandment. 
MAT 22:39  And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. 
MAT 22:40  On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets. 

The transgression of the Law will cause the transgressor to receive DEATH, IF Atonement is NOT received by YaHuWaH ALaHiYM. 

Notice what Jesus:(YaHuWSHuWAh) said:
LUK 13:2  And Jesus answering said unto them, Suppose ye that these Galilaeans were sinners above all the Galilaeans, because they suffered such things? 
LUK 13:3  I TELL YOU, NAY: BUT, EXCEPT YE REPENT, YE SHALL ALL LIKEWISE PERISH. 
LUK 13:4  Or those eighteen, upon whom the tower in Siloam fell, and slew them, think ye that they were sinners above all men that dwelt in Jerusalem? 
LUK 13:5  I TELL YOU, NAY: BUT, EXCEPT YE REPENT, YE SHALL ALL LIKEWISE PERISH.
