What does the Bible say about the lunar months, days, and years?  When did the modern Jewish lunar/solar calendar begin, and why did it replace the original Hebrew Biblical Lunar Calendar of bible times?  What do the scriptures, themselves, tell us about the Biblical Lunar Calendar?  More than you might imagine.  Are there essential parts of the Lunar Calendar we have overlooked?  Who were the Karaite Jews and what do they have to do with the Lunar Calendar?

For many years, I was taught to accept the modern lunar/solar Jewish calendar by Yisrayl Bill Hawkins, overseer of the House of Yahweh, in Abilene/Clyde, Texas.  He is a False prophet, proclaiming to be an anointed witness, sent from a Yahweh to bring salvation unto his House of Yahweh.

Yisrayl Bill Hawkins is only a man of low degree.  He is not a teacher of righteousness.  He claims to be a teacher of righteousness, but the scriptures show us, time after time, in many areas of the scriptures, that YaHuWaH ALaHiYM lives by the Law.  Therefore, the Law of ALaHiYM will be reestablished by the mouth of two or more witnesses, ONLY.  NO single man has ever been prophesied of, by the Inspired Prophets of the scriptures, saying, that there will be a man coming alone, in The End Time Days, known as the last seven years of The Last Days, after the death of the Apostles of Jesus:(YaHuWSHuWAh) Christ:(MaSHiYCH), to restore the pure word of YaHuWaH, by teaching it.

However, there is recorded in the scripture of truth, that the Two Cherubs, who are employed by the Sovereign Master of the whole earth, will be sent to this earth, to bring about the resurrection of the whole ancient house of Israel, and to restore the pure word of YaHuWaH ALaHiYM truth, by the teaching of the Law, unto the last remnant of the chosen people, through the sons of Zadok:(righteousness).  Yes, these are two Spiritual Beings, who existed in the beginning, before man was ever created.  They are the two, who have guarded the Law since that time.  These are the YaHuWaH cherubim, who guided Abraham out of the land of Ur, and who revealed themselves to Moses.  Moreover, these two beings were with the tribes of Israel in the wilderness during the 40 years and after.  They appeared unto Jacob, whose name was changed to Israel.  Moreover, Daniel the Prophet testifies of these two Spirit Beings.  Miryam, the mother of Jesus:(YaHuWSHuWAh) Christ:(MaSHiYCH), was seen by one of these two Spirit Beings;  and the scripture goes on and on having a testimony from many righteous men, who were inspired to testify of these two Spirit Beings, who are represented in the Most Holy Place as the Two Cherubs, guarding the ark of YaHuWaH ALaHiYM testimony: the Law.

As of March 2005, Yisrayl Bill Hawkins, the False prophet of the House of Yahweh does NOT teach his congregation to live by the ordinances of the Law of ALaHiYM, which was commanded for the purpose of appointing all of the Sabbaths and Feast Days of YaHuWaH ALaHiYM, by the observance of the New Moon Crescent.  I was taught to be like a man, who did that which was right in his own eyes.' That, as we know, is the 'way of death' (Proverbs 14:12).  Then, about a year ago, by studying the scriptures, I began to see the true way of keeping the Seventh Day Sabbath and Feast Days.

Probing deeper into the scriptures and the history of the Jewish calendar, I began to understand:

The Jews had not only changed from a visual 'sighting' of New Moon Crescents, which was for the purpose of determining new lunar months that was done in biblical times, but, in 358 A.D. the Jewish community, fearful of its own demise and disintegration while scattered and persecuted, departed from the visual sighting of the new moon crescents, which established the Lunar Calendar, for the purpose of having a fixed mathematical solar/lunar calendar, which approximated the new moon sightings, (and was, in many lunar months, one or two days off from the literal visual New Moon Crescents).  Not only did they do that, but they added new calendar 'rules,' called 'postponements,' which were based upon nothing more, than putting man made 'hedges' around the (so called) 'Saturday sabbath', so that Yom Kippur, which is their fast day, could not fall upon either the day before or the day after this (so called) Saturday sabbath.
Why is this true?
Because Rabbis then deemed it impractical or a burden, to have two days in a row when food could not be prepared upon Yom Kippur.  Moreover, they teach that food is not to be prepared upon the (so called) 'Saturday sabbath'.  Moreover, another postponement was added, to keep the seventh day of Sukkot or Tabernacles from falling on a (so called) 'Saturday sabbath'.  (Certain rituals on that day were considered 'work', and therefore, considered inappropriate for their (so called) 'Saturday sabbath'.)

Although, the House of Yahweh do not abide by all of these 'postponements' of the Jewish calendar, they DO USE the same modern solar/lunar calendar, for the purpose of counting the weeks, days, months, and years, which are in today's modern planetary calendar, for keeping their Saturday sabbaths, which is contrary to the ordinance of YaHuWaH.  These (so called) 'Saturday sabbaths' are NOT the true Seventh Day Sabbaths, which are commanded to be established by observing and doing the ordinances of the Law.  Even some of their yearly feast days are not established according to the righteous ordinance of the Law.  Moreover, YaHuWaH ALaHiYM does not regard their yearly feasts.

I know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that (all) major religions, like the House of Yahweh in Abilene Texas, have a technical research department, who know they are hiding absolutely many truths from their congregations.  I know this, not from speculation, but from 'pure fact'.  I do not have complete knowledge of the whole truth of YaHuWaH, fully, but I do know enough to recognize falsehood, and when organizations are purposely hiding the truth of YaHuWaH.  It is a sad thing to say, but it must be said.  Moreover, it is sad, when people do not take a more active role in proving the message, which come from these false prophet organizations.  We must prove their message, by doing what the Apostles taught.

ACT 17:10  Now the brethren immediately sent away Paul and Silas by night unto Berea: who coming thither, went into the synagogue of the Jews
ACT 17:11  These brethren were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that, they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.

The scriptures, which they searched daily to prove if those things were so, were the Law and Writings of the Prophets, which are found in what is known as the Old Testament.  They did not have, what we call, 'the New Testament writings', in the days of the Apostles.

2TIM 3:16  All scripture is given by inspiration from YaHuWaH, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
2TIM 3:17  That the man, of YaHuWaH, may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all righteous works.

1Th 5:21  Prove all things.  Hold fast to righteousness.

We must prove all doctrine, which come from man, who are not inspired by YaHuWaH;  false teachers who sin, because of the lust of their own flesh, while trying to teach the doctrine of YaHuWaH ALaHiYM truth, but are not able to teach that which is righteousness.  Yes, I say again, prove all doctrine of man by using the inspired words of the scriptures to test what man has said to see if it agrees with the word of YaHuWaH ALaHiYM.

These false teachers, false messiahs, and false prophets, love keeping people in ignorance, for the purpose of hiding the truth of YaHuWaH, so that they can take advantage of the people, who will listen to them while they are ignorant, so that these false prophets can become filthy rich with the use of their false doctrine.  Moreover, these false prophets teach people to live 'by a dead faith', which is a blatant 'corrupt way' to hide the truth.

These false religious organizations teach their people to accept and believe 100% in what their false prophets teach.  Moreover, these false prophets advise/limit the people to the reading, only of the false prophets own recommended reading lists.  Yes, they teach the people to 'listen to their prophet:(messiah), only'.  Moreover, the people, in these organizations, are not allowed to prove these false prophets wrong, by using the inspired scriptures, and by using historical facts, even if these inspired writings show that these false prophets are not teaching the truth.  This is a 'fact', which everyone should be aware of.  Many religious organizations follow these bad practices.

Humankind must have an understanding that they need to seek the truth, only by 'using' the doctrine, which come from the inspired writers of the scriptures.  Humankind must understand that the doctrine, from A Human Nature Minded man not inspired to teach the word of YaHuWaH ALaHiYM, is not a message of YaHuWaH ALaHiYM truth.  They must seek the truth, for themselves, through diligent, honest, and objective research, using the inspired words of the scriptures.  In all of society, we must demand, from those false prophets, that they 'prove' their own doctrine, by using the inspired scriptures.  If what they teach can NOT be proven right and beneficial for humankind, then we must realize that YaHuWaH ALaHiYM truth is not taught from them.  Ignorance is not bliss, the study of history proves this very well.

It was on the Feast of Firstfruits, when the Holy Spirit came down upon the Apostles.  The Apostles taught the true word of YaHuWaH to the people, who were there on that day from other areas;  and all of the people, who did not know the language of the Hebrews, were able to understand what the Apostles were saying, while they spoke in their own Hebrew tongue.  The people in their own native tongue, who were not Hebrew, understood what the Apostles were saying, on that wonderful Feast Day.

In studying the matter deeper, I came across passages in the scriptures, showing undeniable and incontrovertible proof, from the Law itself, that there were no postponements whatsoever in Bible times.  In other words, the 'postponements' were an entirely new device created and added to the Jewish calendar, three centuries after temple times.

This knowledge became a joy to my mind.  I came to understand that we had been wrong all of these years, by following the modern day Jewish solar/lunar calendar, without question, simply because it was 'Jewish'.  We all have been wrong to accept their modern calendar without question, as Herbert W. Armstrong did, and as all the churches do, who sprang out from the worldwide church of god.

YaHuWaH is merciful and is patient.  I have learned, YaHuWaH reveals the truth a little at a time, so as not to cause chaos and confusion within our minds.  The truth about the Biblical Lunar Calendar is revealed in a merciful and patient manner.

It is very hard and difficult for a man, with pride, to accept all of the Spiritual Truths, which are found in the Bible.  Most often, people will not accept the righteous facts and truths of the Law of ALaHiYM, honestly.  They have been 'programmed' and 'brainwashed', to accept only what they already know.  No amount of YaHuWaH ALaHiYM truth or facts will persuade them, to turn from evil ways.  Like Winston Churchill once said, "Men often stumble across the truth, get up, brush themselves off, and continue on as if nothing ever occurred."  How true.

Let us explore this vital subject, and see exactly what occurred, when mainstream Judaism went wrong.  What is the truth about the Biblical Lunar Calendar of YaHuWaH?  What does the word of YaHuWaH say, on this very crucial subject?  Did the Jews have the right, to change what YaHuWaH had ordained, or was it a lack of obedience to YaHuWaH, which led them into the altering of the true Biblical Lunar Calendar?  It was a lack of obedience to YaHuWaH, which led them into the altering the Lunar Calendar, which caused them to maintain a 'false unity,' a unity based on error.  Moreover, could this be one reason, why YaHuWaH has not accepted them, as the chosen people, Israel, at this very time?

		  What does the Bible say?

What does the Bible reveal, concerning the Biblical Lunar Calendar?  When we begin to look in the Bible itself, we begin to notice, right off, that the Lunar Calendar of the Bible differs greatly from the present day solar/lunar calendar of the Jews.  Hard to believe?  Well, take a great look for yourself.

Beginning in the book of Genesis, we read:

And ALaHiYM said, let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night;  and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years' (GEN 1: 14).

The word 'seasons' is the Hebrew word 'moadim', which means 'an appointment;  a fixed time or season;  spec. a festival;  conventionally a year;  by implication, an assembly;  technically, the congregation;  by extension, the place of meeting."

The Law, A Modern Commentary, translates of this verse:

'Let there be lights in the expanse of the sky to separate day from night;  they shall serve as signs for the set times, the days, and the years."

Here we see that YaHuWaH ALaHiYM Lunar Calendar is appointed for setting the New Moon Days, Seventh Day Sabbaths, and the three yearly Feast Days.  Moreover, the settings of these seasons are to be based on the movements of the sun and the moon.  Nowhere, in scripture, does YaHuWaH ever give anyone permission to alter, to deviate, or to change what is written in the Law.

However, the fact is:

Today, the Jewish solar/lunar calendar is not based on the precise movements of the moon and the sun.  (the Jewish calendar is based on a mathematically fixed, rigid set of rules), which merely approximate the movements of the sun and moon in the sky.  When one studies into this issue, this fact stands out like a throbbing sore thumb.  In other words, in 358 A.D. the mainstream Jewish communities, with a few notable exceptions, changed YaHuWaH ALaHiYM Lunar Calendar, (which is based on the movements of the sun and the phases of the moon), to a solar/lunar calendar, which is based on a mathematical approximation, thereby replacing the true Biblical Lunar Calendar.

Admits Arthur Spier in his book, "The Comprehensive Jewish calendar':

"In the early times of our history, [biblical times, that is], the beginnings of moons :(lunar months) were determined by direct observation of the new moon [crescents].  Then those beginnings of moons (Rosh Hodesh) were sanctified and announced by the Sanhedrin, the supreme court in Jerusalem, after witnesses had testified that they had seen the new crescent.  Moreover, after their testimony had been thoroughly examined and confirmed by deliberation, then the witnessing was duly accepted."  (page 1).

The solar year is about 365 days and the lunar year:(12 lunar months) is about 354 days.  There are about 11 days difference between the two.  Since these differences add up to a 30-day lunar month, about every three years, an extra lunar month :, known as a 'leap moon' is added.  However, YaHuWaH does not give us a commandment, to add an extra lunar month about every three years, to the Lunar Calendar.  YaHuWaH ALaHiYM commands us, to look for the New Moon Crescent of Abib, in the appointed time of the season.  The New Moon Crescent of Abib is the first New Moon Crescent seen by the naked eye, which begins  a year.  Moreover, we are commanded to establish all lunar months, by the observance of each New Moon Crescent throughout a year.  This must be done, in order for us to know when the true Seventh Day Sabbaths come, and when the other true Yearly Feast Days come, throughout the lunar months of a year.

Says Spier:

"However, the astronomical calculation was not the only basis, for intercalation of a thirteenth moon:(lunar month).  The delay of the arrival of spring was another decisive factor.  The Talmudic sources report, that the council intercalated a year, when the barley, in the fields, had not yet ripened, when the fruit, on the trees, had not grown properly, when the winter rains had not stopped, when the roads, for passover pilgrims, had not dried up, and when the young pigeons had not become fledged."  (ibid)

An extra lunar month is to be added unto the Lunar Calendar, when the barley is Not in the green ear, when a New Moon Crescent is sighted.  If the barley is Not seen to be in the green ear, then there will be a thirteenth lunar month at the end of the year.

With these facts in mind, it becomes clear that YaHuWaH never intended for the Lunar Calendar to become a fixed, rigid, unalterable solar/lunar calendar based on pure mathematics.  Many factors were involved, as to when an extra 'intercalary' lunar month had to be added to the end of the year, making a 13th lunar month for the year, before starting a new year with the first New Moon Crescent of Abib, for the Passover and Feast of Unleavened Bread.

The barley had to be in the green ear, to permit the bringing of the barley sheaf to the priest, and for the waving of the sheaf offering by the priest to YaHuWaH, during the Feast of Unleavened Bread.  If it wasn't in the green ear, then an extra lunar month had to be inserted creating a 'leap year', which would delay Passover and Feast of Unleavened Bread one lunar month.

However, the modern Jewish lunar/solar calendar do not allow such variations based on the green ears of barley.  It is rigid and unchangeable, with intercalary lunar months being added at unchanging years in the 19-year cycle, regardless of the condition of the barley harvest.  It has no real connection with the harvest cycle, particularly the barley harvest, so necessary, for the observance of the 'wave sheaf offering', which YaHuWaH commanded.

			The True First Lunar Month

The modern Jewish lunar/solar calendar, as we know, revolves around the first day of Tishri, the (so-called), holiday of 'Rosh Hashanah,' or new year.  The Jews, the world over, celebrate this holiday as the new year's day.  'Rosh Hashanah' literally means: 'chief' OR 'head of the year.' It begins the fall holy day season.

Is this really a scriptural truth, or is it a man's viewpoint, only?  Is it written in the Bible, anywhere, where the 1st day, of Tishri, is called 'Rosh Hashanah'?  No, it is not.

Incredible as it may sound, the Scriptures declare an altogether different day, as being the true 'Rosh Hashanah'.

KJV:
EXO 12:1  And the LORD:(YaHuWaH) spake unto Moses and Aaron in the land of Egypt, saying,
EXO 12:2  This month:(lunar month) shall be unto you the beginning:(Rosh) of moons:(chodesh, lunar months).  It shall be the first month:(lunar month) of the year (Hashanah) to you.

In Exodus 13:4, YaHuWaH says, "This day, came ye out in the month:(lunar month) Abib."

'The scripture can NOT be broken';  (John 10:35).  The true beginning:(Rosh) of the Year:(Hashanah), according to the scriptures, is the Green Ears of Barley:(Abib) lunar month, NOT Tishri lunar month.  Moreover, Tishri 1 is the first WORKDAY of the seventh lunar month.  YaHuWaH says, thou shalt keep the Feast of Unleavened Bread in the time appointed of the lunar month of green ears of barley:(Abib).  For in it, thou camest out of Egypt ...  (Exodus 23:15).

Today, as of 2013, very many Jewish religious organizations teach that the First Day of ALL lunar months is the New Moon Day of ALL lunar months.  This teaching is NOT true, because the First Day of ALL lunar months is the First WorkDay of ALL lunar months.  In other words, when the New Moon Crescent is visually sighted in the Westward Horizon after a sunset, that sunset begins a First WorkDay, NOT a New Moon Day, whereby one is commanded to NOT perform one's own work, OR to Buy and Sell.  New Moon Days CAN BE an Extension of the Seventh Day Sabbath, which ALWAYS come upon the 28th day of ALL lunar months.  Lunar months CAN have a New Moon Day on a 29th solar day.  The New Moon Day of ALL lunar months is NOT the First Day of ALL lunar months.  The First Day of ALL lunar months begin at a sunset, when the New Moon Crescent is visually sighted.  This First Day of ALL lunar months is the First WorkDay of ALL lunar months, and is the first day counted unto the Seventh Day Sabbath, ALWAYS.

Today, this deception, concerning the New Moon Day, is still prevalent, because of the English translation of The King James Version Bible, along with the Italicized words that were added by the Translators.

In the book of Leviticus, YaHuWaH ALaHiYM makes it crystal clear, concerning the Beginning:(Rosh) of the Year:(Hashanah).

Notice:
YaHuWaH ALaHiYM said, "These are the Feasts of YaHuWaH, even holy convocations, which ye shall proclaim in their seasons.  In the fourteenth day of the first month:(lunar month), at even, is YaHuWaH Passover."  (LEV 23: 4-5).

Abib is the 'first' lunar month, Not Tishri.

Concerning Tishri:

LEV 23:23  And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
LEV 23:24  Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, "In the seventh month, in the first day of the month, shall ye have a sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, a holy convocation."

Remember, earlier in this study, we learned that the above verse should have been translated like this:

LEV 23:24  Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, "The seventh New Moon, a New Moon Day, (is) a sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, a holy convocation."

Notice that this holy day is not called 'Rosh Hashanah' in the scriptures, but is clearly identified as Yom Teruah: 'The day of blowing of trumpets'.  Moreover, Tishri is the seventh lunar month in scripture and was never called the 'first' lunar month.  (see also verses 27 and 34).

Numbers 28:16 also show Abib as being the lunar month for Passover and being the 'first lunar month' of the year.

(NUM 29:1) K.J.V.,  “And in the seventh month, on the first day of the month, ye shall have a holy convocation;  ye shall do no servile work: it is a day of blowing the trumpets unto you."

NUM 29:1 should have been written as 'The seventh New Moon, a New Moon Day; have a holy convocation.  Do not any manner of servile work.  It is a day for blowing the trumpets."

Notice again, that this holy day is Yom Teruah in scripture.  It is not 'Rosh Hashanah,' as the Jews insist on calling it, today.

		Observe the New Moon Crescent of Abib

We read in DEU 16:1 the commandment of YaHuWaH:

'Observe the month:(New Moon Crescent) of Abib, and keep the passover in the presence of YaHuWaH ALaHiYM, for in the month:(lunar month) of Abib, YaHuWaH ALaHiYM brought thee forth out of Egypt by night.' The word night means to spiral, fold back, and adversity.

This is only one of many places in scripture where YaHuWaH commands us to Observe a New Moon Crescent of Abib.  What lunar month is it?  The lunar month of Abib, which is in the spring.  YaHuWaH Did NOT ever give commandment, "To Observe the New Moon Crescent of Tishri, for the purpose of setting the beginning of a year."   YaHuWaH does command us to keep, observe, guard, and watch for the New Moon Crescent of Abib, for the purpose of establishing a new year.

The Hebrew word 'shamar', for the English word 'observe':
H8104     shamar      shaw-mar'
A primitive root;  properly to hedge about (as with thorns), that is, guard;  generally to protect, attend to, etc.: - beware, be circumspect, take heed (to self), keep (-er, self), mark, look narrowly, observe, preserve, regard, reserve, save (self), sure, (that lay) wait (for), watch (-man).

Often the word 'observe' is used when the keeping of the statutes, the ordinances of the holy days, and the commandments of the Law is referred to.  It is a very powerful word.

Therefore, when YaHuWaH commands us to 'observe the New Moon Crescent of Abib', then we are to give it our undivided, clear-cut, full attention, and to pay special attention to keeping it properly, at the right time and in the right manner.
Why is this so very important?
Because, as is written in the scripture, it is the first New Moon Crescent of the year.  This is the New Moon Crescent, which truly determines the start of a new year.  Moreover, all of the following lunar months of the year are established by us visually observing those New Moon Crescents, when they occur.

However, the Jews have departed from this basic essential truth of YaHuWaH ALaHiYM word, and have substituted 'Tishri' as the New Moon Crescent they 'observe' and 'watch for' in their own made up calendar for starting a new year, which revolves around Tishri 1, which is a first workday of the seventh lunar month.

YaHuWaH commands us to observe the New Moon Crescent of Abib:

Exodus 34:18  "The Feast of Unleavened Bread shalt thou keep.  Seven days thou shalt eat unleavened bread, as I commanded thee, in the time of the month:(lunar month) of Abib: for in the month:(lunar month) of Abib, thou camest out from Egypt."

What is the meaning of 'New Moon Crescent of Abib'?  Since we are commanded to 'observe,' 'guard,' 'carefully watch,' 'protect' this New Moon Crescent, and 'hedge it about.' What is it?

We read in Exodus 9:23-25, when Israel was still in Egypt under the yoke of slavery, that YaHuWaH sent a mammoth plague upon the Egyptians of an immense storm with thunder, lightning, and hail.

In the aftermath of destruction from this plague, we read:
Exodus 9:31-32  "And the flax and the barley was smitten: for the barley was in the ear, and the flax was bolled.  But the wheat and the rye were not smitten: for they were not grown up."

Notice that during the time of this plague, the 'barley was in the ear'.

The N.I.V. has this verse:
"The flax and barley were destroyed, since the barley had headed and the flax was in bloom.  The wheat and spelt, however, were not destroyed, because they ripen later."

The Hebrew word, for the English word 'ear' in this verse, is 'Abib'.

In Strong’s Hebrew dictionary, ear:
H24    abiyb       aw-beeb'
From an unused root, (meaning to be tender);  green, i.e.  A young ear of grain;  hence the name of the moon: Abib or Nisan: - Abib: ear, green ears of corn."

Therefore, 'Abib' refers to young green ears of barley grain.  It is the very name of the first lunar month in YaHuWaH ALaHiYM Lunar Calendar.  YaHuWaH names things for what they are.  Therefore, for a lunar month to be named literally 'Abib', which means 'green ears,' it must be the lunar month, when those green ears of barley occur.  Otherwise, it would be a complete misnomer: a flat out 'lie,' or deception.

Moreover, the lunar month of 'Abib' must be the lunar month, when the green ears of barely appear, as the barley nears the time of harvest.  If the lunar month occurs at any other time, it is out of sync, in relation to YaHuWaH ALaHiYM command for observing a New Moon Crescent of Abib.  In other word, it is at the wrong time of the year, and it is a deviation from the true Biblical Lunar Calendar of YaHuWaH.

This is very important, for under the modern Jewish calendar, Abib lunar month, which they conveniently call 'Nisan', is displaced by a period of one lunar month, because of the fixed rules of intercalation of leap lunar months.  Moreover, this sets their Abib or 'green ears', out side the proper time of the true Abib lunar month.  When this occurs, a 13th lunar month is established, and it replaces the observance of the first New Moon Crescent of Abib, which is appointed for setting the Feast Days.  This causes all of the subsequent holy days to be observed one entire lunar month late.

This is exactly what Yisrayl Bill Hawkins, the False prophet of the House of Yahweh, did in the year 2005.  The House of Yahweh kept Yisrayl Bill Hawkins feast days one entire lunar month late.  This is contrary to what is written in the Law.  Moreover, I know that the people, who worship this False prophet, had to pay a so called third tithe unto this man, during the year of 2005.

Why did Yisrayl Bill Hawkins go against the true ordinance, which is recorded in the Law for setting the Feast Days?
By postponing the Day of Atonement, (which should come in the seventh lunar month), to come in the 8th lunar month, he will receive So Called third tithes an extra lunar month longer during the year.  Yes, this man is living on stolen wealth, because of his greed for money and corrupt power.   Moreover, the House of Yahweh abides by the Jewish traditions of ending a civil year and beginning a new civil year in the seventh lunar month, on the Day of Atonement, which is contrary to the written words of the Law.

Yisrayl Bill Hawkins, the False prophet of the House of Yahweh, teach, saying, a third tithe is to be paid to the priest, in the third year and in the sixth year.  He establishes these years from the seventh lunar month, on the Day of Atonement.  He teaches, saying, a Jubilee year begins and ends on the Day of Atonement, in the seventh lunar month.

Previously, I show the reader that the Jubilee takes place in the seventh lunar month, on the Day of Atonement, in the 49th year, which is a seventh:(sabbatical) year.  The 49th year is a seventh year in the seventh of seven years from the last Jubilee year.  In other words, there are seven times seven years since the last Jubilee year.  The 49th year is at the end of the last seven of seven years.  The Jubilee ends at the end of the 49th year, when the New Moon Crescent of Abib is sighted, which begins a new year.  The Jubilee year is not a full complete 12 lunar month year.  The Jubilee year is only about 6 or 7 lunar months long, depending on whether there is a 13th lunar month or not.  If there is not a 13th lunar month in the Jubilee year cycle, then the Jubilee year is only about 6 lunar months long.  Yes, according to the Law, the years are to begin and end, when the New Moon Crescent of Abib is sighted.  This is proven by the writings of the scriptures, using precept upon precept, line upon line, here a little, there a little.

Let us understand, when grains are early in development, they are flexible and have a dark green color.  As they begin to ripen, they become more yellowish in color, and become more brittle.  The barley was destroyed by the hail in Egypt, because it had developed to the stage, called 'Abib', thereby forming young green ears, and therefore, had become brittle enough, to be destroyed by the hailstorm.  In contrast, the wheat and spelt had not yet become mature enough to form heads of grain, and were still flexible enough, to avoid being damaged severely by the hail.  The description of the wheat and spelt, as 'dark', (afilot in Hebrew), means: they were still in the stage, where they were deep green and had not begun to lighten.  The barley, on the other hand, had begun to form ears.  The barley grain was no longer 'dark', for it had begun to ripen.  It was in the stage of Abib

Barley in the stage of 'Abib' is not completely ripe, but has begun to ripen enough, so that its seeds can be eaten parched in fire.  Parched barley was a common food in ancient Israel.  Many Bible passages mention it.  For example, we read:  "If you bring a meal offering of first fruits to YaHuWaH, you shall bring (new ears parched with fire), grits of the fresh grain, as your meal offering of first fruits."  (LEV 2:14, Tanakh).  In The King James Version Bible, it is written as 'green ears of corn dried by fire'.  The N.I.V.  has it written as 'crushed heads of new grain roasted in the fire'.  The Hebrew word here, once again, is 'Abib'

Clearly, Abib lunar month is defined by its very name, as the lunar month of new ears of grain, which is barley grain.  Therefore, Abib lunar month commences after the barley has reached the stage of Abib.  This can only be determined by examination of the barley crops.  Careful examination of the progress of the barley plants, as they mature and begin to bring forth green ears, determines Abib lunar month.

Therefore, Jewish 'barley inspectors' go out in the lunar month of Adar, to determine the progress of the barley that was planted.  Careful inspection is made in the closing days of Adar lunar month.  If it is seen that the barley has begun to become Abib.  Then the next lunar month is declared to be Abib lunar month.  If the barley is still immature, and not very close to the Abib condition, then the next lunar month is declared to be an intercalary lunar month, (a 13th lunar month), or Ve-Adar lunar month:(Adar II).

			The Barley Harvest and Passover

This is how YaHuWaH originally intended the Lunar Calendar to be sequenced.  The barley on the stalk must be in the green ears when the New Moon Crescent is sighted, and a barley sheaf must be ready to be harvested and brought to the priest, right after passover sacrifice day:(Abib 14), which ended at sunset, to begin the Feast of Unleavened Bread:(Abib 15).

Notice what YaHuWaH commands, concerning the barley harvest, and its profound connection with Passover and the Feast:

'In the first lunar month, on the fourteenth day of the lunar month, at the going down of the sun, the passover lambs must be sacrificed.  When the sun sets, the fifteenth day of this lunar month is the Feast of Unleavened Bread to YaHuWaH;  seven days shall you eat unleavened bread.  Moreover, the first day shall be a holy convocation to you."

LEV 23:10  And YaHuWaH spoke to Moses, saying, speak to the children of Israel, and thou shalt say to them, when ye shall enter into the land, which I give you, and reap the harvest of it, then shall ye bring a sheaf, the first-fruits of your harvest, to the priest;
LEV 23:11  And he shall lift up the sheaf in the presence of YaHuWaH, to be accepted for you, (on the morrow, after the High Day Sabbath), the priest shall lift it up.

Remember, this High Day Sabbath is the first day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread:
LEV 23:15  And ye shall count unto you from the morrow after the Sabbath, from the day that ye brought the sheaf of the wave offering;  seven Sabbaths shall be complete:
LEV 23:16  Even unto the morrow after the seventh Sabbath shall ye number fifty days;  and ye shall bring near a new offering unto the LORD.


LEV 23:15-16 explained:

On the day after the Seventh Day Sabbath, you shall begin to number 50 days to the Feast of Firstfruits.  From the day on which ye brought the sheaf of the wave offering to the priest, seven Seventh Day Sabbaths must be completed.  Then on the day after the seventh Seventh Day Sabbath, you must bring forth a new offering unto YaHuWaH

According to the written Law, the grain of the barley, which is harvested from the field at the beginning of the 15th day of Abib lunar month, is to be consumed during all seven days of the Feast of Unleavened Bread.  The eating of this barley from the field CANNOT occur, until a sheaf of the first-fruits of barley, from the field, is brought to the priest, on the day after the Seventh Day Sabbath:(the 14th of Abib lunar month).  The day after the Seventh Day Sabbath, is the 15th day of Abib, being a High Day Sabbath of the Feast of Unleavened Bread.

Always remember:

The children of Israel are commanded to eat the barley, from the field, on all seven days of the feast.  I bring this to your attention, because during the year, (when Jesus:(YaHuWSHuWAh) was hung on a stake on the 14th of Abib lunar month), the disciples and Jesus:(YaHuWSHuWAh) were in the upstairs room, (which was prepared for the eating of the passover lambs, and the keeping of the feast), in the evening of the 13th day, (before the 14th day began at sunset).  On that evening of the 13th day, (which is the preparation day for the Seventh Day Sabbath, which come on the 14th day, and is the preparation day for an High Day Sabbath, which come on the 15th day), Jesus:(YaHuWSHuWAh) broke bread and gave all of it, to the disciples to eat, which represented the body:(members), who were servants of Christ:(MaSHiYCH).  That bread was unleavened, because the disciples prepared that room for the Feast Days.  Earlier during that preparation day, ALL leavened bread was removed from that room.  Moreover, the bread, which was given to the disciples on the evening of the 13th day, was not of the green ears of barley that was grown up in the field during that year.
Why is this true?
Because it is written in the Law that a sheaf of the barley is to be cut out of the field on the beginning of the first High Day Sabbath of the Feast of Unleavened Bread, before the children of Israel can eat the fresh green barley from the field.

The wave sheaf offering is waved to YaHuWaH, on the 16th of Abib lunar month, which come after the High Day Sabbath, known as the first day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread, which is the 15th of Abib lunar month.  Starting on the 15th day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread, seven Seventh Day Sabbaths are counted off, until we come to the end of the seventh Seventh Day Sabbath, or 49 days.  The very next day (50th day) is the Feast of Firstfruits.

It is vitally important, for the green ears of barley to have already formed before the sighting of the New Moon Crescent of Abib, causing Abib lunar month to fall during 'Abib'.  How could the children of Israel perform Firstfruits of barley offering, as YaHuWaH commanded, if Abib lunar month was too early and the barley was not ripe?  Moreover, how could they obey YaHuWaH ALaHiYM commandment, if the barley harvest had already started before Abib lunar month arrived?

Notice further proof.  In Deuteronomy 16, YaHuWaH commands:

'Observe the New Moon Crescent of Abib:(green ears) and celebrate the Passover in the presence of YaHuWaH ALaHiYM, because in the lunar month of Abib, they brought you out of Egypt by night.  Moreover, during the next six days of the Feast of Unleavened Bread, you are to eat unleavened bread;  and on the seventh day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread, you are to hold an assembly in the presence of YaHuWaH ALaHiYM and do no servile work.  Count off seven weeks of Sabbaths, from the time you put the sickle to the standing grain.  Then celebrate the Feast of Firstfruits' (DEU 16: 1-10).

Now consider.  How could they put the sickle to the barley harvest, to begin the harvest, if it had already been harvested?  How could they begin to harvest the barley, seeing that 'Abib' had not yet occurred?  Truly, Abib lunar month must be at the proper time for the barley to be harvested.  It can NOT be too early or too late in the year.

Yet, the modern Jewish calendar does not even consider this.  It ignores completely this biblical injunction and command.

YaHuWaH ALaHiYM commandment is very clear.  However, the modern Jewish calendar ignores these literal commandments of YaHuWaH, completely.  It pays no attention to the barley harvest in Israel at all.  I hope that soon the Rabbis and all other false teachers will repent of their inaccurate, and fraudulent 'fixed' solar/lunar calendar.  A calendar which has been 'neutered' like a 'fixed' dog or cat.  They must repent and return to the true Biblical Lunar Calendar, YaHuWaH, once, delivered to the chosen people.

		 Definitions are important.

In the book of Psalms, we read:
"He appointed the moon for seasons:(moadim): the sun knoweth his going down."  (Psalm 104:19).

Written in the Moffatt and New International Versions:
"The moon marks off the seasons."

Remember, the word 'seasons' is the English word, for the Hebrew word 'moadim', and refers to the festivals, appointed times, Feast Days, and holy days, when holy convocations were commanded for worship purposes.

These festivals are determined 'by the visual sighting of the New Moon Crescent', because the appointed assemblies:(holy convocations) are to occur on set days of the lunar months, by an ordinance in the Law, always.  It is the sighting of the New Moon Crescent, which determines the beginning of each lunar month.

This was indeed the case in Bible times, when those of Judah observed each New Moon Crescent, which was the first faint visible light of the sun reflecting from the moon itself.  When the Crescent of the New Moon was seen at the beginning of the day, they then declared that day, as day one, for the new lunar month.

New Moons Days, i.e. Dark Moon days are very important to YaHuWaH.

The Prophet YaSHAhYaHuW says, "From one New Moon to another, and from one Sabbath to another, all humankind will come and bow down in the presence of me, says YaHuWaH."  (Isaiah 66:23, N.I.V.)

In the scripture up above in Isaiah 66:23, the Prophet is referring to the Dark Moon Days:(New Moon Days).  ALL humankind will keep the Dark Moon Days:(New Moon Days), which will ALWAYS come at the end of every lunar month, EITHER upon the 28th lunar/solar day, OR after the fourth Seventh Day Sabbath of every lunar month.  The Dark Moon Day:(New Moon Day) is Not the same day as the day, when the New Moon Crescent is seen.  The sighting of a New Moon Crescent begins a new lunar month.  The Dark Moon:(New Moon) Days come at the end of a lunar month, EITHER upon the Seventh Day Sabbath, Known as the 28th lunar/solar day, OR after the fourth Seventh Day Sabbath of the lunar month.

The English word 'month' in the scriptures is referring to the lunar month.  There are 12 lunar months in a year, and sometime there is a 13th lunar month within a year.  ALL lunar months have 28 lunar days within, which are counted.  The New Moon:(Dark Moon) Days at the end of every lunar month are NOT counted separately from the 28th lunar day of every lunar month.  The 28th day of a lunar month and a 29th, New Moon Day, are ALWAYS counted together as the 28th lunar day.  If a 30th, Second New Moon Day, exist at the end of a lunar month, after a 29th, New Moon Day, THEN it is ALSO counted as a part of the 28th lunar day.  ALL three days are counted as rest days, when a person should not buy NOR sell, and the same person should NOT perform employment for self or for any other person.  When it is in the power of your hands, help ALL Sabbath Keepers that are in distress on the Sabbath Days, to get out of distress in order to keep a holy convocation, and have a day of rest, without buying or selling.

This will occur, when the Two Cherubs, who are employed by the Sovereign Master of the whole earth, will be sent to gather the last remnant, to finish the work of bringing many people to perfection in the performance of the Law, so that they may have an inheritance IN the Eternal Kingdom, with Jesus:(YaHuWSHuWAh) Christ:(MaSHiYCH).  Moreover, the Two Cherubs will be sent, to reestablish servants of the Two Cherubs, before the reign of Jesus:(YaHuWSHuWAh) Christ:(MaSHiYCH) IN the Eternal Kingdom.

The Prophet Daniel wrote about the seven-year covenant with the chosen people, Israel.  This seven-year covenant is the Everlasting Covenant of YaHuWaH ALaHiYM being reestablished with the last remnant of the chosen people, Israel, in Jerusalem.
